I was served today by Sheila in the Clarks store in Banbury, she was so lovely, knowledgeable and helpful with assisting me in getting my Son’s first pair of shoes! She really is an asset to your Clarks team and was also so good with my little one!

I ordered 3 separate pairs of shoes online. I opted for the delivery to be at my nearest store, as close to home. I was able to get the goods safely and quickly. I was able to take advantage of items being in the sale. The customer service was excellent.

I wanted a pair of the fishermen's sandals that were only available online at Clarkes but I had read in reviews that they came up on the large side. Kimberley ordered my usual size 5.5 into store for me to try and they were too big. Kimberley ordered a 5 and they were delivered to my home. The service was excellent and the shoes fit perfectly. Thank you Kimberley.

We had fantastic experience and service at Clarks Banbury. Some issues with school shoes which were fixed up with replacements, no issues and just lovely friendly staff.

Sheila in the Banbury store was patient and kind with my excitable toddler when measuring her feet. She was also very knowledgeable and helped ensure we found correctly fitting shoes for her high arch. Five star service and we will be back!

The lady is great with my kids as both my girls are autistic. One of them having bad sensory issues.

Sheila was our assistant. She measured both of our children’s feet. She was calm, accurate and very patient. She checked their current shoe fit and recommended suitable new shoes after measuring them. She was also able to apply a discount and was willing to go over and above to see if she could get us a further 10% off. She was very kind to both of my young children and reassuring to my littlest who was unsure of his new boots, at first. Thank you Sheila! More like you, please!

Came in to look for a pair of shoes for my son as he is starting nursery soon. Went for some "pre walkers".
Sheila J assisted and was very helpful, showed us lots of options available and made sure they fit and were comfortable for him. Advised how often we should be reviewing the fit etc and we ended up with an adorable dino pair of shoes for him

After some very disappointing service over the phone on the outlet line, I thought I would try in store and what a different experience.

The 2 Nicola's from the Banbury store have been able to find me what is was looking for from stock in Oxford and have found a way to secure them for me to buy, back in Banbury, using my Clarks gift vouchers, next week.

Sheile was extremely helpful and patient helping me find the perfect pain of shoes to fit my tricky feet.

My grandson got new shoes here today. Excellent service from Joanna. She did everything so carefully and gently, measuring feet etc. She gave very good advice to my daughter and we bought shoes that were soft leather and just right for him. Thanks so much Joanna.
