Could not fault the Andover staff for knowledge, efficiency and friendliness. Heather in particular was exceptional and an excellent reason for supporting personal shopping on the High Street.

Very attentive young lady helping me find the right shoes. Nice to have such a pleasent experience. Thank you to Sarah who was working last Sunday.

After my daughter having a foot issue we went to Clarks. My daughter is a sensitive soul. We saw Sarah who was amazing. She took her time to measure, get out the shoes she liked, explained what shoes would best suit her feet and allowed her time to feel they were suitable.
Kind, gentle, patient and attentive.

I had a truly great experience with my recent visit to the Andover store. The staff are lovely and so helpful! I needed shoes for my kids and they were very happy to measure and help me find a pair that I liked. My daughter is autistic and they're very compassionate, understand and patient with her. Sarah was our assistant and was fabulous! Top marks!

Staff are so lovely, very helpful and they always have lots of stock to choose from! I would definitely recommend :)

Thank you to Farrody at the Andover store for being friendly, helpful and quick to fit school shoes for my little boy. She listened to what I did and didn't want and provided us with just the right shoe. She was kind when measuring both my boys feet and thorough in her checks when fitting the shoes.

I go to clarks for school shoes and all my kids 1st birthdays as their 1st pair of shoes. Its almost become a tradition. But I moved to andover 4 years ago and every time I go in store every shoe is out of stock. If you have anything but a normal sized foot they dont have it. Why even measure foot width if you never have the shoes to accommodate that. Its incredibly frustrating that the store never has any stock of any size. Just the drags that nobody wants. I dont see the point in even trying anymore. The ladies serving were nice and I know its not their fault but whats the point in having a shoe shop that never has any shoes in stock.

Excellent customer service, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and witty. You don’t have to be a total clown to have a sense of humour to help liaise with a customer along with finding the right purchase for them. Very impressed with the two ladies working.

Got a simple refund and swapped another pair, no hassles whatsoever.

We had to pop in last minute to grab school shoes for my brother and even without booking an appointment, we were seen to right away and Emily greeted us and was very helpful throughout. She helped us find the perfect pair of shoes as there was a challenge finding a pair in his size and Emily gave us loads of recommendations and was very sociable! We would highly recommend and Emily is a great credit to the store! x

We had a booking with Jane at the Andover store, we were welcomed by Jane who was very professional and friendly as soon as we arrived.
She carried out the measurements and then chose the suitable sizes for my children. The shoes fitted straightaway and the children were happy which is not an easy task normally.

Jane was really positive,funny and nice I’ve a been coming to Clarks since I was little but never had anyone as positive and happy as Jane. She also helped me last year

Ilva was a wonderful help today in assisting three of my children to get new shoes that they were happy with. She was patient, and went out of her way to give us a product that was right for each child. Another great fit at Clarks! Thanks Ilva.

Jane was superb she got a two-year-old kid into shoes which seemed like an impossible task at first so thank you very much.

Great visit with my young daughter to Clark's today, served by a lovely lady called Molly. She was great with my daughter and we've come away with some lovely shoes. Really helpful service, really nice child focused practice. Thank you!

I bought a pair of 'trainers' at Clarks' Andover Branch this morning and received the very best of service from their employee, Carrie. She was SO helpful, went well beyond the norm and I'd certainly recommend her, and the rest of the Staff there, to everyone. The shop has a great atmosphere and is light and bright inside, with very comfy stools to sit on whilst trying on shoes. They also have an excellent range of footwear.
