Visited Grafton Street store Monday the 9th March. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. 3 of them dealt with me. Erich was very polite and efficient and was doing a good job training a new female employee who also went out of her way to be helpful. Overall a pleasant shopping experience and I bought two pairs of shoes!! Good salespeople!!

JOSEPH at Aylesbury branch was excellent, his customer service was exceptional. Has a special quality to deal with the kids. Waiting time was quite short and my kid left with a smile.

Clarks Aberdeen, Union Square - Possibly the worst retail experience I have had! Certainly the worst in person retail experience in recent memory. 4 shop assistants behind the desk, chatting, charging phones, looking at phones, paying little or no attention to customers. In a shoe shop, where assistance is always going to be needed both to get shoes to try on and to check fit. Asked for assistance but it was like pulling teeth - assistant brought one pair of shoes then went back behind desk with colleagues. Kept having to ask. Repeatedly. Witnessed numerous other customers receiving the same (lack of) treatment. Honestly, if it was not for the quality of Clarks shoes I would never choose to shop here again and I can't believe Clarks employ these disinterested, rude people in their Aberdeen store. If customer service is not your thing, don't work in retail! Thankfully in every other shop in Union Square, the customer service experience was excellent. Just Clarks staff letting the side down....
Update 11/08/25: Thanks Clarks HQ for your speedy response. I recommend you look at your in-store CCTV from yesterday afternoon to understand your staff's behaviour - there is more than a bit of training and support required to do your reputation for quality products justice. When customers have so much choice nearby, they may quite rightly opt for somewhere with cheery, helpful staff who enjoy customer service. Yours certainly didn't seem to appreciate how lucky they are to work for an established, reputable business and I can only imagine that their conduct will affect your sales in Aberdeen.

Customer service dealt with my missing shoes and refunded money for the pair I never received and also for the shoes with the creasing inside the shoes which my child didn't wear , as for the Clarks shop in mahon point cork , there very ignorant, I'll never deal with the shop again but will order on line no problem, excellent customer service team online , Linda was the girl I spoke to she was very nice, easy to deal with, stress free , thank you

Shoes weren’t suitable for me but I was really impressed by the returns process. I had ordered online, took the shoes to a store, gave my email address and was refunded within minutes.

Went to store today and met Polly in Aberdeen Union square and she was so very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Got my daughter’s leg measured and went in to get two perfect shoes on the sale price. Thank you very much.
