Had a major issue where an error was…
Had a major issue where an error was made on my account. Got representative Ryan who quickly escalated my issue to management where Charles handled it in record time and did everything necessary to correct the issue with my account. Very stand up company to date. Honest and upfront about their missteps and quickly found a solution to the problem.
