A real assistant and a transition to a…

A real assistant and a transition to a new level in the development of design layouts. Careful planning is of paramount importance, and here are a few key reasons determining why you need to make a prototype of a website first before creating it:

1. this will allow you to get a clear picture of exactly what information will be needed on each page of the site before developing its design
2. this will allow you to spend time rationally and focus on exactly what each page is intended for.
3. this will allow you to insure yourself, in the case of uninformed clients who tend to change their minds at the stage of project development.
4. this will remove unnecessary elements that may be unnecessary for the future site

~ How do I personally use this product:

One of the stages in the development of websites and applications is the design of the layout of the future product. This is easier for everyone, and for us, as developers and a client who also wants to take some part sometimes. I used to use Photoshop, Figma, tried to draw in one website builder and a couple of online services. It was a real pain. In fact, we gave our clients layouts in png format, which gave only a superficial idea of the upcoming work and functionality. And the fact that customers don't fully understand our ideas really upset me. I have been looking for a special tool for a very long time that would help in creating prototypes of websites and applications.

~ What I liked especially:

1. Saved me dozens of hours of rendering compared to graphic programs that do not take into account all the nuances when designing websites.
2. One of the best UX I've ever seen. Everything is really very convenient, very clean and in its place. Here is one of the most thoughtful and responsive interfaces I have ever come across.
3. The drag-and-drop mode makes it very easy to work. I just throw in the elements I need, and then proceed to a more detailed study of the layout.
4. Now I can animate my projects by simply linking all the elements and pages with links. Now my clients more clearly represent the logic of interaction with the future site or application. It is very comfortable.
5. Thousands of ready-made elements and blocks that you can easily edit to suit your needs.
6. All actions I perform are saved automatically.
7. Working buttons and elements.
8. Convenient work with the site tree.
9. There is a free version that will let you know if this product is suitable.

I would like to highlight teamwork as a separate point. This is a very cool feature. I can add an infinite number of employees. It's just super, everything works very clearly, it's easy to observe the work of others in real time. And of course, you can leave messages and notes for other editors or users. All this is grouped in a separate panel, in which you can find any information using the filter. Or use a separate tab where you can monitor every minute any activity and changes. And of course, I can easily share the link and show the project to my customer.

~ What I wanted to pay attention to:

- When you cancel the cmd+Z action, a closed tab opens in the browser (Safari)
- There is not enough group movement of objects
- There is not enough opportunity to center the element on the canvas or on the element
- Branding. It's cool when there is an opportunity to demonstrate branding to the customer and that all work takes place on our domain
- Does not always show a notification that a new comment has appeared
- If I share a link to the project with my client, it seems to me that "crisp" may mislead him. I am sure that some of the clients, if they have questions about the prototype, will write to this chat, which will distract you.
- The site hung up several times, I had to reboot
- Exports simple files for a long time at first glance
- (Just a dream) If over time it becomes possible to draw a mindmap, it feels like the developers have all the possibilities for this.

In general, I would like to rate the usage experience at 5 stars. I recommend to try it!
