Quality error and poor customer service
I ordered a custom printed booklet of plastic wallets. I checked the printing when it arrived but never thought to check the wallets. When I came to use it, the printing had been put on the back cover, upside down. When I asked for a replacement they told me it was too late and their terms wouldn't cover the error. I asked for a refund but just got cheeky replies written in capital letters. Poor quality product and even worse customer service.

Filing at last!
I decided to tidy up my photos and searched for matching albums for both 6x4 and 7x5 photos and found them here. I bought a ring binder for 6x4 and slip in for 7x5. They arrived ahead of schedule and I am delighted with them. They were extremely well packed to protect the albums. I realised I had under-estimated how many photos I have so I ordered two more which arrived the next day. Highly recommended.
