This is amazing! I loved how well they worked with me. Noelle was the one who helped and fixed my issue that I have had for years.

I downloaded this because my wife's MacBook had adware issues. It quickly diagnosed and solved that issue. But what was more remarked than the user interface and simplicity was the customer service provided via live chat to help fix a couple of data breaches I was affected by. Catherine was exceptional.

I wasn't aware of a few things regarding the threats found while scanning my device so I asked for some advice. Miss Catherine was patient and had answered all questions with politeness and was able to help me with the problem. Thanks! The app works wonderfully but it's a pity that it is only available for subscribers. Luckily, non-subscribers are still able to try the app out during the 7-day trials!

I have found that your program is much better at helping keep my Mac safe. I also like the little circle so I can check the app or web page I'm on. I just had a chat with your help desk and found Brianna very good at helping me. (Give her a raise. :-)) She answered my questions wonderfully. I now know you currently do not protect my iPad (2019) or watch (2020). I look forward to the day you can cover these as well. The only thing I can think of to help with the program is maybe you could send a text or email each time the virus database is updated. That would let me know if you are covering a current virus. Thank you for such a nice program. You also might think about having a third pricing tier of a lifetime option where the app updates and virus database updates are covered. I would like to see a price for this in your options.

This app is incredible. The experts here are all so nice and helpful. They stick with you and help work you through your issues until they are resolved. The app is also so easy to navigate and understand. I'd recommend this to anyone! :)

After 50 years of living on this earth, I never thought have some people can be just so cruel and hurtful. On September 20, 2019, My Honey bunny, my precious little pumpkin Went home to the Lord and 54 years old at 3o’clock in the morning. Her name was Sophia and her death was unexpected but then again I’m a Christian and I’ve been a Christian my whole life, I would love to see it on expected that’s a human try to look at or examine the reasons why my precious little pumpkin passed Away at 54 years old from a major heart attack when she had a clean catheterization of her heart five years prior. In addition to this I have been widowed four times with honey bunny being the fourth and I’m only 50 years old, in addition two of my three children died prior to childbirth and the other my Catherine is not in my life.

Hi downloaded your company today because it was recommended and she was like after Catherine was my agent and she did everything it took to get my phone secure but also she took everything she did strictly according to your protocol and rules and she was professional the whole time. Catherine is an angel that’s that’s all I’m gonna say because the whole time she’s trying to help me I’m writing suicide note because I’m destroyed and she sends me a link to the suicide hotline, I became upset and suicidal and she talk to me down twice and she also was so sensitive to my needs and there’s nothing short than a rockstar customer service because she gave such unparalleled customer service that I will be a customer for life. And this is after one of the things I said to her was I’m never using your effing product and she was still kind. Please understand I’m a very good man that’s been through a lot in his life and to find or 19 devices on my home Wi-Fi I was very concerned but also very upset I’ve been dealing with this for two months along withMany other issues. I noticed that my web browser changed without me changing it, and received a strange pop up window. Jake, from Clario, got my computer cleaned up and working. I feel safer knowing my computer is protected.

I was trying to detect spyware on my iPhone and Jake was able to walk me through several steps and locations to check for tampering or misbehaving apps, I wasn’t able to find anything in my phone but I greatly appreciate the comfort in knowing firsthand that I’m all clear of tampering!

I thought for sure I had a virus but it turned out I was just being tricked into downloading one. Catherine was the person who helped me solve my problem and she helped a lot. Not only did I not get a virus I also now have a safe way to search and not get viruses. I highly recommend this app.

These people were extremely helpful with a senior citizen who was struggling with all sorts of security issues. They didn’t make me feel ignorant or inadequate. Give them a raise.

I was having trouble with some pesky malware that was affecting my ability to get to my zoom classes due to the fact that it hijacked my browser and Johnny was able to help me and resolved my issue in like 20 minutes. He was very helpful and politely asked questions when needed. I will definitely be keeping this app on my computer for further security!!
