My first international order experience was stressful since my package was marked as delivered but never arrived at El Salvador. Customer service took a while to respond, and I thought I had lost my money. However, they eventually explained the issue and resent my order to a U.S. address, which arrived quickly. It gave me a scare at first, but I appreciate that they made it right in the end

From navigating the site, making the purchase and quick shipping, my experience was AWESOME. And to top it off the watches are beautiful. I will shop with this vendor again.

I ordered these watches during the BOGO promotion, and upon their arrival, I was immediately in love with them. Although they are slightly smaller than I anticipated, the gold color is stunning, and adjusting the band is remarkably simple. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase.

BEWARE OF THIS SCAM

I had a very disappointing experience with this website.

I ordered a watch from clarineco.com because it appeared to sell quality products. The site advertised a “buy one, get one free” deal that was supposedly ending at midnight, which encouraged me to purchase quickly. However, I later realized that this “limited-time” sale is continuously repeated, which is VERY misleading.

After placing my order, I received no confirmation email. I had to reach out myself just to get any information about my purchase, which is not acceptable for a legitimate online store.

Shipping took nearly a month to arrive in Florida, and there was no clear indication beforehand that the item would be shipped from China.

When the watch finally arrived, it was not what was advertised. It did not have the “Clarine” branding at all—instead, it was labeled “XIMILI Quartz,” which appears to be a completely different, low-cost brand. The quality was extremely poor: the materials felt cheap, the finish looked low-grade, and overall it did not resemble the product shown on the website.

In my opinion, this product is significantly overpriced for what it is. It looks like something that could be purchased elsewhere for a fraction of the cost.

Overall, this was one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. I would strongly caution others before purchasing from this site.

This is my second time ordering from this company . The watches are great quality and inclusive . I have a lathe wrist 8.25 and the watch fit beautifully . You can make it smaller for a smaller or normal wrist . I would order again . So many compliments on my watch especially the blue one

I recently received the watch I purchased from Clarine, which came with a complimentary adjustment tool. I am very pleased with the product, as it looks elegant and feels very classy when worn. The design and overall quality met my expectations.

Although the delivery took longer than expected due to the ongoing situation in the Middle East, I completely understand the circumstances. Once it arrived, I found that it was truly worth the wait.

My order which is marked as delivered, I have not received it.
I live in an apartment building where neighbors sometimes accept packages on each other’s behalf. However, I have checked with all of my neighbors, and none of them have received my package. Unfortunately, it appears that the parcel is either missing or may have been stolen.

I would appreciate assistance in locating the package or arranging a replacement or refund if necessary. They do not answer my e-mails.
