Wonderful customer service

I am really happy with their customer service and positive response to the queries. Initailly i didn't get my first order discount so I email them and got my refund within 4 business days.

I am super disappointed

I am super disappointed, they had an offer for buy 1 get 1 free on watches when I purchased 2 watches. I believed that this is a trustworthy watch brand but I was completely wrong. They have sent 2 watches with outside box of CLARINE and inside the box there were fake watches.

I don't see how these reviews are valid…

I don't see how these reviews are valid based on the experience I had. Six times I emailed their customer support and never did I receive a resolution let alone acknowledgement. I purchased two watches and one of them has a clasp that is so warped that it's unwearable and I simply wanted to exchange it. But because I firmly believe now that this trash company is a front, I firmly warn others to stay away. The price point is super low because the quality is so low, which is fine as long as the product isn't damaged. Now I'm stuck. I genuinely hope they go under.
