Poor delivery and customer service
I've always had a great experience shopping here but on this occasion I was let down by the delivery. My parcel was delivered to the wrong address and it was only by the good character of a stranger that I got my parcel. I had to pay £10 for the taxi ride to go and collect it myself from the wrong address and to be honest the seller didn't seem to care much when I contacted. I was given a link to arrange redelivery myself and no follow up when I informed them what had actually happened. Its not the shops fault and I know that mistakes do happen but just a little follow up and to say sorry for your troubles would of helped. I'm hoping this is a one off as I love this shops clothes and normally found the customer service great.

Lovely jumper, excellent value
Loved my jumper, great value, really soft wool and an ace design. It also arrived quickly. My only minor complaint is that it was a bit shorter than it looked on the picture, but otherwise I highly recommend Clarence and Alabama.

A++ would recommend!
I've ordered a few items now from Clarence & Alabama and the quality has always been great, loads of sizing info on the website and prompt delivery. Customer service was lovely and really responsive when I accidentally ordered to the wrong address and using the wrong card (accidentally hit pay too soon!), and cancelled it for me immediately so I could reorder. Would recommend!
