Customer service swapped my size for free after one email I only paid a small shipping fee.

I'm 63 and wasn't sure this would be too young for me. Got three compliments the first day I wore it. The sleeves cover exactly what I want covered.

Second order from this store. The jumpsuit is greener in the photos than in real life (more olive), but the pockets are deep and the fabric is thicker than I expected at this price.

I ordered a dress which did not match the description on the website plus the fit was terrible.I contacted them immediately that it did not fit me and I wish to return it. They offered me 10% of the cost and to keep the item.
I contacted them and asked them for a full refund once and a return label to and post back.
I was them offered a 20% refund of the total cost to keep the item as sending it back could cost more than the actual item. I checked the refund policy which states. ‘ Not the right fit? Return within 30 days, hassle-free.‘
This is a scam company who take your money and then offer you 10 or 20% back under the pretence that it will cost you much more to post it back for a full refund.

Imagine how much money they pocket from customers who wish to return items !!

Delivery took 6 days, perfectly within the promised window. The sandals are surprisingly comfortable for a block heel, though the straps creak the first few days.

Ordered the Rosavyn maxi in M (I'm 5'6", usually size 8) runs roomy, size down. The fabric is airier than expected, perfect for a July wedding.

Just a joke ordered a Halloween quilted jacket got a polyester hoodie terrible bait and switch honestly a nightmare in this economy to scam people and make them pay 40 dollars for a return

There is another sales entity using the Clara & Hayes name but the email given is slightly different than this company. They are a complete ripoff as another person has posted here. Please be careful with which company you order.

Be careful. Product was a cheap polyester, badly stitched. Returns are NOT hassle free OR free. They want you to pay an international shipping charge which was most of the cost of the $50 item. Had to request three times, as they kept offering 20% refund, then 25%. Dispute finally resolved in my favor.

I really appreciate the regular tracking updates. The package arrived right on time and delivery date was provided by the tracking details. Shipping was very smooth and no issues at all.

The boots are really comfortable and it fits perfectly. Runs true to size. They have their size charts available at the page so it's pretty easy to choose the right size for me. So far, I'm loving these boots!

I ordered a pair for my girlfriend and she loves it. Wore it every day since she received it and it's been a week already! The quality is really great and durable by the way.

Got worried for a while when it didn't arrive sooner but thankful for the customer support for giving me update regarding the shipping. They even emailed me how I can contact the carrier to pick up my order because there was an issue with my shipping address. It was my bad, I missed to add my apartment number.

It's my first time ordering from this store. So far so good! I didn't had any issue and my order arrived earlier than expected. The boots quality is unexpectedly really good for it's price. Best buy so far.

My first option was white but it was out of stock so I chose beige instead. When it finally came I was kinda thankful the white one was out of stock when I placed my order. Turns out biege boots works so well on all my outfits.
