they help me to change to date of reservation because it is very very complicated to do on the web site : all in italian !!!

Thank You Clappit's Customer Service

I was in trouble and at risk of loosing 130 euros of my tickets. FanSale and TicketOne didn't help me at all.
I phoned Clappit and the person at the Customer Service was extremely kind, professional, and helped me immediately, even if it wasn't an easy situation. I am very thankful to this person and I am very happy with Clappit.com. Now I can enjoy the concert I'm going to on July! ❤️
