do not order anything on this site !! I made and published the order back in January. I still don't have my order! none of the site staff responds !! and money is not returned

My outfit is not even close to the picture. It’s totally different and that’s not the light or something else. I am not amused by the way things are right now. The outfit came after 3/4 months and they won’t help me. They say if there are no quality issues they cannot refund and they refuse to send me the right outfit. I checked Bianca Duarte her comment and that’s the right oufit. Mine is not even close. This isn’t acceptable

As others have stated the site appears to be a scam. I ordered two dresses for my wife in February. After multiple emails and no reply I was sent an email stating one dress is shipped and they claim the order was fulfilled. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS VENDOR!!!!

I ordered January 27, 2020. As of today (March 15, 2020), I did not receive anything. I tried to reach by email 3 times without answer.

The company is a fraud. I bought 2 dresses in Jan, 22nd and until today I didn't receive my package. I wrote to them 3 times asking my shipment number to track, never received any feedback. They just have the email contact, that is a gmail account. It's not a trust site to buy anything.

I ordered the beginning of January, February is now almost over and my order number says still awaiting shipment! Tried contacting them and nothing and yes they charged my card twice actually!!

Their website is not a scam. I received my clothes within 15 days, the quality is good, mainly because the price is not expensive, it is very fit, and the design is very good, and it has a big name feeling.

I placed an order in 01-01-2020 for a trip in early February. They said 10-15 days for shipment to arrive and that I would receive an email once my package had shipped. After 15 days I inquired regarding the status, as I had not even received a shipment email and they told me they were ‘very busy’ and to be patient and they’d tell logistics department to ship it faster. It has now been 24 days and I can’t even get one customer service rep to answer me and give me a status update on my order. They are scammers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Thankfully I paid via PayPal and will be getting my money back.
