Don't Rely on a Refund
Returned a product to them after agreeing a refund and agreeing to pay postage. On receipt they advised with box was not in a resaleable condition and was poorly packed. Box and Packing was as delivered with only the addition of tape to reseal the box and attach the retun note.
They then proceeded to state they would restock if I accept a 20% stocking fee. Agreed to this and they then managed to ship the box from Victoria to Sydney before advising the internal packaging they supplied was not suitable to resell the product....?? GO figure, its good enough to sell to me but not another customer?
Final outcome was I either give up on the item or have it returned (off course having to pay another shipping cost). Will be interesting to see how the pack and return it...!!!!
Stay Away from CLAlighting online, they are more hassle than its worth...!
