The process for getting a custom engagement ring can be quite a headache but with Clairamor it was such an easy experience. I have never felt so comfortable in trusting someone with such an important purchase. The design process was so simple and easy and we were able to get exactly what we wanted. When people see my wife's ring, they are blown away, and I can't say enough about the service that we were provided.

My jeweler, Jenny, was fantastic and made the whole custom experience much less intimidating. I truly appreciate the attention to detail, like sending over 3D models and wax prints, which was so helpful in visualizing the final design. We were able to compare the 3.5-carat and 5-carat options, and I absolutely love the final 5-carat version we chose.

Wow, I mean just wow. Top to bottom, this was the easiest, most helpful company helping me through the most stressful purchase of my life. They made sure everything was what I wanted, and they helped me make the perfect, custom ring. On top of that, they responded very quickly, and they weren’t pushy like many other ring stores. Their process was seamless, and very fast. Lastly, the pricing, it’s hard to beat, a shiny, beautiful custom ring, for much less than other places I looked, you won’t find a better place than this place.

The end product is stunning and better than I could’ve ever imagined. They genuinely care about their customers and value their work. The turnaround time from start to finish was just under 4 weeks and they were in communication with me the entire way to update me on where they were on the progress. They are an amazing company.

Overall my experience with Clairamor was great. Ordered an engagement ring on November 3rd and within a few hours had a representative reaching out to touch base. Throughout the entire process I was getting updated from the Clairamor team. They were very transparent and even let me know of a flaw during the casting of the setting that would have to be re cast and would push back the delivery date. Despite the push back I still received the ring on November 26th. Everything was packaged nicely and included paperwork with value and information about the ring/diamond. Because of the delayed delivery they also included a lab grown .515 carat 5 diamond bracelet with papers as a gift! Thank you Clairamor!

Clairamor was amazing to work with. I was first introduced by a friend to Cameron as she had worked with him to craft an engagement ring of her own. From the moment we start working on a ring together he was nothing but helpful and professional. Later I also got the pleasure of working with Abby as well. Both of them were very quick to respond and always pleasant to talk with. They were even able to work with me on a timeline to make sure that the ring arrived when I needed it. I was very lucky to have them as a jeweler for this moment and would absolutely use them again!

My ring looks amazing. Its everything i could have asked for. Looks perfect. The communication throughout though made the difference. Custom ordering is always a guessing game but Abby talked through the entire process just about everything. Shipping was quick and i couldnt be happier.

Was so accommodating and patient. I will be recommending it to my friends who are looking to get engaged. My new Fiance LOVED the ring. It was everything she dreamed of.
