The process was completed in a efficient manner, however it was very difficult to contact my acting solicitor. I was promised various returned calls, but receives none. It would normally be a delayed email.

Best experience ever

I gave them my claim and it was my first time dealing with any solicitor. It took 2 years but they were fantastic even when I was a pain and always ringing for updates. They believed we would win and we did. I would choose them again in a heart beat. Best solicitors ever and they have indeed made my experience a very pleasant one. Thank you CTS for everything

I chose claim today solicitors, not again.

I chose claim today solicitors, as I saw there advertisement on the tv, unfortunately I was met with an accident back in 2013, and my first point of call to start a claim was CTS, friendly staff, however I had 3 changes of Legal executives whilst my case with them, the case took so long 1.5 years.

TooK a really long time settling the …

TooK a really long time settling the account. I was calling up every 30 days for about 2 years. In the end we got there. Good service as they helped me get compensation. But the procedure was very long and time consuming.

After I contacted Claim Times …

After I contacted Claim Times Solicitors no one bothered to contact me as I was hit by an uninsured driver. The service which they provide is very poor as they only chase after the client who had an accident by an insured driver. Very bad and unprofessional service which was given to me. Sorry Claim Time Solicitors y
