Absolutely gagging for the work even after you say no they offer you incentives to use them then send round installers anyway. If I hadn’t done my homework they would have happily put wall insulation in even though I told them 100 times that our bungalow is metal construction and you should not put wall insulation in. In the end I had to tell them and the staff in the office that there was nothing they could say that would make me let them do it. They did put extractor fans in the kitchen and bathroom though, however by day 2 the bathroom fan is falling apart. Oh yes and one other thing . Despite me telling him the the soffit was asbestos he was still quite happy to drill a 4 or 5 inch hole in it covering himself in asbestos dust and in the process covering my tools in it as well. Well done CFB you’ve just put the life of the know nothing installer at risk

Faiz was a great help nothing was to much trouble i must admit i wasnt very nice to him at the start he was ao kind and talked me out of being in a ratty mood he gave a 100% custoner service he is a great asset to your company wish their were more like him in companys he deserves a pay rise
