Agnieszka Fanslau was very helpful, attentive, and professional. She eased the unfortunate experience with United airlines at a time when my family and I were emotionally and physically drained. Very professional and efficient in dealing with a compensation claim from an air India flight which was delayed for over 8 hours. They took our case on when many other companies had declined due to previous difficulties from making a successful claim from this particular airline.
This company managed successfully to claim and compensate us a substantial amount without any difficulty at all. Once the claim was submitted, we only heard back from them again to let us know our claim was successful and that they needed our bank details to credit our account!

My wife and I endured a 7 hour delay at the start of holiday to France. Easyjet to their credit accepted responsibility and did not seek to pass the blame to air traffic control. The pilot advised us to go the EJ webiste and download a form which we could use to claim compensation. However this turned out to be a form for claiming actual expenses relating to the delay and nothing compensating for the delay itself - in line with EU regs. So I contacted Claim Flights and Agnieszka Fanslau took everything under her wing, warning us that it could take 3 months to get the 500 euros we were entitled to. Angieszka handled the claim for refund on a delayed flight very professionally, asked for a few details and documents and once I sent those, she submitted the claim and said now we wait for a bit. So after maybe two months, we received the compensation and very quickly it was in my account. Couldn't recommend higher!

The whole process was very smooth. Took a few months (June 20 - August 28) because Iberia is apparently one of the more difficult airlines. However, Agnieszka Fanslau (Claim Flights) updated me at every stage until they finally requested the details to make the deposit into my account (minus the agreed charge for their services).
