Was totally stumped for what to do with garage ,as sick of painting them, friend recommended cladding centre, called them and was invited to there showroom, great place,service from initial phone was fantastic, great customer service from Kellie great advice , brilliant materials and advice on what I needed(even worked out what materials with minimal waste)job done ✅

I would rate zero star if there is. One week after the expected arrival date, no one answer the phone and email and online chat. Tracking of order said waiting fulfillment, then I tried to cancel the order but still no answer in any way!!

They phoned me today to inform me that my cladding is being delivered at 4 am!! Yes that is AM, not a typo. They wanted to know if they could leave it outside. I live in a block of flats. Not an option even if it wasn't winter and raining. So I now have to get up at 3.30 am and wait for them to appear.

Edited to say they did appear at 4.15 am but the cladding is beautiful and the delivery driver was very apologetic and very quiet. So all's well that ends well.

AVOID. I placed an order weeks ago. I rang the number listed on their website to check the status of my order which brings to a call centre that will ‘pass on the message’. I have still not received any feedback from the company after several emails. No product and no refund yet. Unacceptable

Absolutely shocking customer service, don't expect your order to arrive quickly.
I received an email stating my order had been despatched however a few days later then received another stating there was a delay due to the fuel shortage (there was no shortage, just longer queuing).
Tracking information provided a delivery date, never arrived on that day, rang and emailed with no response until 4 days later after having rung again. Tracking info again provided a 2nd delivery date, again didn't arrive. Eventually arrived 2 weeks after delivery.
In terms of the actual product, I'm really pleased with it but the experience with this company was poor. If delivery is delayed it can't always be helped but the lack of communication, poor customer service and blatant disregard of my concerns that this may be a scam company would definitely stop me ordering again.
Feel very sorry for the lady on reception who must spend her day fending off frustrated customers given the number of other reviews with similar experiences.

Update
Eventually got a response on 21st October. I paid the extra courier charges immediately and within a day the order was despatched and received a week later. Quality of goods is excellent, no damage to panels.. Moved from 1 star to 2 stars. Really need to work on customer service.
Atrocious customer service. Ordered my goods on 24th September 2021 got an update to say it was dispatched, only to get another email a few days later saying I needed to pay extra delivery charges and now despite repeated emails I have still no response and when I call I'm told they do not provide telephone service! A complete and utter nightmare! I despair of ever getting my goods or a refund!!

I have ordered ceiling panels from this company and heard nothing other than the confirmation for 10 days. Emailed them then when there was no answer or that I phoned, where I was told I should not phone I should email. Eventually I got an email that i need to pay extra delivery charge for my area but did not tell me how to pay it. I emailed to cancel the order 5 days ago still have not heard back from them.

Easy to purchase quick delivery will use again

Ordered cladding for bathroom in time for work men coming today. Had an email stating order dispatched on Thursday, followed by an email stating order was delayed but no time frame given. Contacted the number on the email which takes you through to a company called endure who pass your message on as apparently the cladding place doesn't have phones. Have emailed twice asking to cancel order and heard nothing back. Also haven't received any cladding or been told when it will arrive. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone and looking at their reviews it looks like it's a common occurrence. Will be claiming our money back via our bank. Appalling service

Update**
We had an email to say order was being delivered 5 days after it was due. Called to say we had sent emails to cancel due to their appalling service and were told the order would be canceled and we would be refunded. Next day despite this phone call a driver still arrived with our order which we refused due to its lateness. We where howver refunded the say after.

I wouldn’t bother using this company my delivery hasn’t turned up for the second promised day, they are impossible to get hold of. The vertual assistant receptionist is a waste of time

I have used this company several times the product is satisfactory unfortunately we have had nothing but difficulty with the delivery. We paid extra for next day but ended up getting it 6 days later. To be fair this is all about the delivery not about the product itself. Unfortunately I need a good product and a good service for this reason I would not recommend this company there are other companies that offer a better service.

There manager a guy called Ross is a ignoramus, they charge you more in store than they do online, beware all..

Really not had a good experience with this company.
I placed my order and it should have been delivered on the Wednesday 9th June the van driver finally turned up at 9pm and we then found out my items wasn't even on the van.
The driver said to me don't worry we will get it to you this week. I have sent the company multiple messages and called there customer service phone line which is a joke in its self as all the lady did was take my details and said she would send a message,, Hello I've been doing that all day...
I told them if they couldn't get it to me this week not to bother as I need it for a job.
This morning I got a message saying they would deliver next week.
Please just Give me my money back

Ordered panels , trims, and adhesive, very straight forward to order online with 20%discount as well, delivered nicely with helpful driver Leon, I recommend the company and will order in future. Good panels, really worth of money.

Ordered at 10.30 Monday arrived 4am tues morning (sat waiting for us) we were blown away, we had been expecting 2/3 day turnaround. Exceptional service - well packaged and products looks great and true to colour - not attached to wall yet but looks wasy enough and quality enough to ho well thanks cladding store

I have bought three different styles from The Cladding Store and have found the quality excellent. The communication from the website team was great and I have one more batch to complete my current project and will not hesitate to order from them in future.

Terible company brought aload of bathroom cladding turned up later than they said had bathroom fitters in to put it up so had to pay two days money for noughthing .finally turned up they started and one of the packs was damage 4 of the boards had damage several emails to company to get replaced finally after ringing twice five days later they ask for pictures and they would send new boards out sent pictures aranged for guy to bring new ones out. he turned up today said he had to look at boards showed him them he had the cheek to say thease boards had been used. I said wat he said there are little black marks on the back of them told him that's how they came to me and looking at the replacement boards I noticed that thease two had marks on back but this time in red so I said to him thease have the same thing and you've just delivered them to me also one if the boards was damaged .he called me a liar was abusive to me at my gate told me he droped the last boards of to me and there was noughthing wrong with them how he could no that when they were wrapped up I don't no he was delibretly winding me up telling me he was going to make shure i had to pay for all the boards filming me and recording me on hes mobile on my own property .by this time I'd had enough causing a disturbance out side my property with neighbours I told him to basicly f off back to where he came from ie the company and tell them I'm not going to except them trying to rip me off next minit he's calling me a rasissed telling me he's calling the police on me wouldent leave my property my partner came out to calm me down never delt with such an arrogant rude company in all my life shouting at me accusing me of bringing my kids up with that rasissed attitude my partner explained to him he should be ashamed of making comments like that her sister in Jamaican black and we have black family relatives never been treated so badly from one company. rung up to make complaints no reply no one getting back to me have reported incident to police avoid at all cost if the driver doesent like you complaining about damaged products he deliverd he calls you rassised shamefully company this 8s the sort of employee they have .

Just got wall cladding and trims.... poor quality poor Communication... should of had delivery over a week ago and had no phone call or anything when they was going to redeliver, and all trims damaged and as if been sliced with knife...total waste of money having to rebuy. Will stick to clifftons bathrooms will never use these again!

Very helpful even in these trying times rang me after my online order to advise i may have left something off the order which i had. Super fast delivery. Great product.
