Honest Review From a Disheartened CK Funded Trader

I joined CK after finding Dan on YouTube. He seemed like a stand-up guy with good principles — always called out prop firms that put him on risk or didn't pay out. When I found out he had his own prop firm, I figured he would base it on the principles he displayed on YouTube.

Unfortunately, this hasn't been the case.

I am funded with 9 different prop firms. All have pros and cons, and nothing in this space is perfect. But CK has been like nothing I have ever experienced. I am actually in shock at how badly they treat funded traders. They lack professionalism, they lack transparency, they lack accountability, and they are outright liars to a level I've never seen before. Shame on all at CK!

I'm sure this will get a reply from CK saying they dispute these claims. If I could add screenshots to this post, there would be no disputing. It's actually laughable that a CK employee has the nerve to reply to any 1-star review regarding payouts. I've read them all, and every single one is a true account of how CK treat funded traders.

Everything is fine with CK until you reach the payout stage. I assume 99% of the positive reviews — definitely in 2026 — are either faked by CK staff or left by people who have not yet reached a payout.

Once you hit the payout stage, your 10 business days will pass and no payout will be received. You will then enquire when it will arrive. The answer will be "soon," as "everyone trades differently, therefore some reviews take longer to process." Okay — benefit of the doubt for another week, as I don't see anyone else complaining in Discord about missing payouts. However, there's a reason for that.

Once another week passes with broken promises and you mention it in the General chat on Discord, two things immediately happen:

Your message is quickly deleted after they reply asking you to keep all payout queries within your ticket.
You are disabled from commenting in General chat and moved to another chat room called "Funded Traders Chat."

This is where you realise you're not alone — and there's a reason you don't see anyone complaining about payouts in General. Their messages are deleted, they're removed from General chat, and placed in Funded Traders Chat.

In the Funded Traders Chat, every hour of every day, people are requesting three things:

Confirmation from CK Capital on when payouts will be received.
An explanation for why payouts are going past 10 business days.
An answer as to why everyone has been disabled from General chat.

None of these are dealt with just excuses.

Also worth noting: the very few people who do get paid out and are posted in "Traders Payouts" are oddly the same select few. If you scan the QR codes, the amounts do not add up — so obviously some dodgy Photoshopping is going on.

CK lack transparency. They lie to new customers who enquire about the 10 business days. The owners make their staff repeatedly lie. The website is poor and riddled with glitches and out-of-date data.

CK have the audacity to always reply with the same quote: "We have zero payout denials." Let me educate you here, CK — not paying within the 10 business days you state is denying a payout. There are hundreds of angry traders in the Funded Traders Chat who have been waiting months and months for payouts. That is denying.

Personally, I have been waiting 9 weeks for a payout. I don't expect I will ever see it.

My Advice to Anyone Reading This:

If you're thinking about taking a challenge with CK, go onto Discord and ask in General chat why the Trustpilot scores are so low. Instead of taking ownership and saying they have a long queue of traders owed money, they will give you this statement:

"We currently have had some fake reviews left which is hurting our Trustpilot score."

They are not fake. CK and all its staff are fake. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Within hours of opening a support ticket, I was bounced between three different moderators. They repeatedly asked for my dashboard screenshots, email, and account number. When I questioned why so many people were handling it, a moderator shifted the blame, warning me that "spamming tickets" would slow down my process—even though I only had that single ticket open. Days 2–3: A fourth agent took over the ticket, admitting the delay was "extremely long and frustrating" and "far beyond the expected timeframe." When I pointed out that I was watching later payouts get released to other users while mine was ignored, they admitted it was "difficult watching other payouts being released" and confirmed mine wasn't even assigned to a processing batch. Day 5: I provided constructive feedback, noting that advertising 10 days while taking nearly a month destroys brand trust. The agent explicitly praised my behavior, saying my feedback was fair because I was expressing it constructively rather than trying to attack the firm publicly. Days 8–10: After days of absolute radio silence, I followed up again. The agent completely abandoned the personalized tone and reverted to copy-pasted scripts, telling me that a status of "New" on the dashboard is perfectly normal. Day 18+ (Current Status): I directly confronted the staff, reminding them that my account is fully compliant, ready, and that a generic status explanation does not solve a multi-week delay. I have officially escalated the case to their service email and demanded a concrete timeline. It’s been going on 4 months now and all they can tell me about my payout request is that it’s processing. We see the same people getting “paid” over and over which is fishy to me. What’s the sad part about all of this is when you work so hard to try to become a profitable trader and then the firm you put your faith in lets you down.

4 months and my payout request status hasn’t moved, I can NOT in good faith recommend CK to any more of my friends this is not good at all not good.

It's one of the best prop firm in the market and it's provide excellent support system, your all queries will resolve within mins and it's provide great pricing in this prop firm industry .

9 months + waiting for payouts, funded traders ignored, shit communication, new ceo barely hear from same broken promises Dan made. Stay clear of this prop unless you want to wait months for payouts meaning you get paid out 1-2 times a year if your lucky,have your accounts disabled for months on end and be ignored

They are scammers. They don't give payouts.
I requested my payout more a month, but they show no response, no valid reason, and they say it's still under review.
I showed proof and requested for the payout on public chat of Discord Group, and they banned me.

❌️Don't invest money in this firm. Spend your hard-earned money on better firms.

Update(10 Jun): I asked the traders who got paid on their discord and they don't reply and fake. They promised to give payouts within 10 business days but it has passed 2 months.

Just got a prop account From CK quite honestly the response time was top notch,although the website interface is user friendly theres still room for improvement would be coming back to drop an update on payout response fingers cross

First thing first. With regards to trading rules and conditions, I think CK is one of the most easiest prop firms out there. I have tried many of them, known and unknown, big and small, CK is by far one of the clearest rules and straight forward. Their customer service is good, they reply quickly and handle whatever questions or issues you might have in a timely and professional manner. The only thing is that they are only on discord, where you have to open a ticket, get answered, and then that ticket disappears, you don't have any record of your conversation with support. I would have loved for it to be an email option.

Now, I just reached my first payout with them, the steps are not clear what happens then. I never got an email of any sort telling me what to do or what to expect. Support said that it should take 10 working days to get approved and processed. which is too much, but OK, and all this time my account is disabled and no trading.

I have seen many complaints about payouts that have been delayed, some are saying more than 10 days and some are saying months have passed, I hope it will not be the same for my case. At the end we are all here for the payouts. I will wait and see what happens after the 10 days pass, if everything is good, I will come back and edit my rating. I would love to continue trading with them but lets see.

Update: As I previously said that we are all here to make profit and get paid. Their alleged payout time of 10 business days is over and its now more than that time. On my 10th day, I wanted to inquire about my payout but it seems that I was blocked from opening any support ticket. When I took this issue to their general discord channel only then they replied and opened me a support ticket and then they said that they will escalate my issue to the relevant team. Fast forward a few more days, they are not replying to my support ticket anymore. I now have 2 pending payouts with them from 2 accounts, none of which I have any idea of when I will get my payout.

Update: It has been more than 1 month now, 2 payouts pending, and I've been banned from chatting in the general channel on discord and hey don't reply to my support ticket.

Been waiting 2 months for a $150 payout, no email , nothing. Opened so many tickets addressing the issue. Always heard sane excuse. "Team is on it.." worst prop firm ever!!! Topstep took 3 weeks for my $2,500 payout. I request small payout with CK Capital and takes 2 months!! Wtf is going on?!!!! Scammers. Stay away from this firm. Till now. Haven't received anything.

I ask to customer care support. They denied I gave all proof. They told me I am not responsible for payment gateways problem. When I ask to payment gateways he told me I will return your money. But asking for gas fee that is more than I spend to buy account. This is so frustrating experience. They are scammer who doesn't give account when I paid all money how they will give you payout. Stay alert.
