BEWARE!!!This third party company company is a scam. They advertise a Burj Khalifa experience including the ticket up to 2 level and coffee and pastry of the day at the cafe. Upon completing the visit they would not honour our coffee and pastry of the day, saying it was a soft drink OR a doughnut OR cookie but not coffee or pastry as they advertised. The Birj couldnt do anything for us as this company is a third party to them but they phoned them to say they had mislead us and that they had seen the booking and inclusions that were promised to us. City tour of dubai.com told Burj they would refund us. I have now been chasing them for a week as they promised a refund on the portion we did not receive but they have been stalling and finally their response is that they can't provide a partial refund so have asked us to pay for the whole amount again in full and then they would refund the lower amount. They are so dodgy and there is no way am I paying again. I would be out of pocket another 720 AED. Not happening!! I then asked them to provide the full refund first since I am the one owed money, and I would then pay then the lower amount but they refused, no surprise. If you are planning to do tours/experiences, book your tickets directly with the Burj because there are a lot of untrustworthy people out there with false advertising.
