Was treated ok but was not explained that 24 hour access was subject to an additional fee.
Turned up out of business hours and was denied access!!
Also extreme smell of petrol on 1st floor!
Told David (manager) turns out the two units next to mine are storing quad bikes!
Although this is none of my business you can imagine my health and safety concerns as you are fully aware even a spark from an activated p.i.r is enough to ignite petrol!!
One feels they should be told to remove fuel tanks which can be monitored on CCTV

Brand new clean, secure and well presented new storage units. The site is not overlooked by other businesses or passing trade like some other storage units. Good level of support and instructions from the friendly staff.

Easy to deal with and nice and local! One thing to improve efficiency and speed of transaction would be to digitalise the whole process and save all that manual filling in of forms

I had another storage facility reserved with another company but then I found one here, and it worked out to be cheaper and was available sooner, I found the staff very helpful and friendly, I would certainly recommend them if I knew some one that was looking for storage

City Store has a really good range of storage room sizes to suit any household storage needs. The store will give you the ideal place to store your stock without any effort at great prices (first two months at 50% at the moment which was a big help to us!).

The service offered is flexible too:
-You can have access at opening hours or if you have deliveries arriving all manner of times you can have 24-hr access to the unit to come and go as you please.
-They can also insure your goods as bolt on which was one less task to deal with!

-The site is covered with CCTV security and your unique PIN code access allows you into the building and this will allow you out.

-There are ample large trollies free to use and a huge lift to assist in transporting goods from your Van or from the bulk area.

-If you have any queries the staff are always there to help and no request is too much. Overall we are delighted with the service and I would 100% recommend CityStore to others.
