Despite several promises over several…

Despite several promises over several weeks, this Newport based company has not returned to site to sort out several quality issues to a new resin laid drive.
Some of the issues include:
Concrete overspill onto resin.
Coping stones not pointed
Poor finish to some edges.
Poor patchwork on raised beds.
Appalling finish to drive and pavement joint.
I feel that once they have been paid, they are no longer interested in any kind of a response or customer service.
I cannot recommend this company.
