What a wonderful group of people at City Finance - Sara and the loans team - thank you so much

What a ridiculous company. Obviously understaffed, didn’t give me an outcome of my loan application, because they entered my email address wrong. I can see this company being the next to go under.

The lady that helped me today was so helpful and lovely. Every time I’ve dealt with this company they have always been super helpful and friendly. They work around giving you the best advice and service possible. They have helped me quite a few times now and I will continue to you this company if I ever need help again thank you so much city finance you have a great team

I feel like city finance is causing nothing but stress for the last 3 weeks.
I rang up and found out that one of the employees changed my bank details!!
No explanation as to why except say I told him on the phone !!!
He didn’t even want to apologise !
Why would I only change one account when I have 2 Loans going ?
I have to keep chasing and it takes over an hour to be mislead everyday !!
They tell you different stories over then phone and don’t call back nor respond to emails.
They really don’t care about their customers.
I used to think they were great ! NOT NOW

The employees need retraining and own their mistakes and not blame the customers

I usually have no issues with them, always approved and fast funding.
This time however was appalling! Applied before the long weekend, and after multiple calls and supplying multiple documents again! I finally got the funds and an approval 5 days later...

Well they have a great product easy T & C I can say they are excellent and in particular Jackson from The Eight Mile Plains branch was very patient and more than helpful

Have always experience prompt friendly service from staff which help me to have a very relax experience unlike other loan companies definitely recommend it thank you for your help

The lady was really nice to me,professional, just did her job. I didn't know they had just closed, she had to walk all the way around to the back to a side gate to copy my birth certificate,then handed it back.If she hadn't done that I would of been so depressed,nothing had been going well for me all day.. Thankyou,I won't let you down.....
