Really straight forward and up front and with my not so good credit I was still approved

Both times I have gotten loans from city finance, the customer representatives have been absolutely unreal. Very easy to get along with, and so so helpful. I will only ever use this company in the future for my financial needs . Cheers kat

Alyssa Hoy from City Finance managed my application and she was great. And of course the assessors did a fantastic job. Over the years every team member from City Finance has assisted me to their best performance and have really helped me out when I needed it. If you use this company you need to know that their advertisements are false, they never meet those expectations and they will have an excuse each time and if you go ahead with them it will be nearly a week before they tell you the outcome and dont bother ringing the number as 5 times i tried they just hang up before you can get a word in....you need to know they are not the old City Finance where service was a priority and they were a pleasure to deal with that has finished now as the new owners bought the name but have destroyed it pretty quick.

If you still choose to go ahead then you deserve the stress you are about to go through is all i can say...good luck

Applied on Tuesday,conditionally approved, it's now Thursday and I have not heard a thing from them.. tried calling and was told I would hear from someone soon. absolutely ridiculous. I don't know how a business can run like that. Very poor customer service.

Customer Service is fantastic!
Easy to apply.
If you mess anything up in the application, just call, and they will help you correct it, and guide you the rest of the way.

City Finance are happy to help when others aren't, they've helped me out in hard times a couple of times & are friendly & helpful to talk to. Thankyou for your help - Kerrie

The people I talk to when I ring up are always soo nice and so helpful would never go with another loan place other then City Finance they are the Best!

The person i conversed with (Cooper) was polite, helpful and upfront. Everything was explained to me properly and Im very grateful I was fortunate enough to have Cooper facilitate my medium term loan today. Thanks Cooper!
