Our Engineer Jack McGregor was very efficient. He phoned to say he was here and completed the work promptly. He was very bubbly with a great sense of humour.

Great service

Jordan (the engineer) rang to advise of his arrival time, this was at the start of the agreed time window for the work being carried out. Therefore, off to a great start as there was no waiting around until the end of the possible time frame agreed. Always gets things off to a good start 👌

Jordan explained the process fully and also reminded me that the WiFi and utilities would be off for a while.

Jordan carried out the work in a polite and tidy manner and fully checked that everything was working and briefed me on all the relevant information before departing.

I was very pleased with Jordans approach to the work, knowledge of the tasks to be undertaken, as well as advice given on related matters such as the fusebox.

Finally, interaction with me as a customer was polite and respectful. Thank you!

The EDF engineer Aaron could not have been better. He arrived on time after ringing me ahead of his arrival to tell me how long it would be till his ETA. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable and respectful of my property. Above all thought his work was of the highest standard. Well done to him his firm City Energy I believe and EDF. I have to be honest and say I was worried about the change due to stories of other companies but with Aaron I was in the hands of a perfectionist. His workmanship was/ is of the highest order. Thank you again to all concerned but especially Aaron and his direct management

Installer was very helpful and explained everything to us

We had our gas and electricity meters upgraded and given an In-Home Display. Everything went exactly to plan with Tony (Benson) letting me know what was happening each step of the way e.g. gas off/on, electric off/on. Tony gave me a walkthrough of interpreting the data displayed on the meter. Excellent job and stress free. Thank you.

I’m very happy with the service. Tony Benson came in today to fix our gas metre. Very professional and very thorough on explaining issues and giving advice on how to resolve it. Tony deserves 10/10.

I contacted City Energy twice in late May 2023, with questions about a possible solar panel installation. I consider myself extremely fortunate that Connor Allen was the person to answer both of my emails.

The customer service that Connor offered was absolutely first class. He patiently answered all of my questions and even 'went the extra mile' by asking the team of installers some very specific questions (where he didn't know the answers). If I wasn't impressed enough, he also provided me with a couple of highly relevant website links for background reading.

From my interactions with Connor, I would say that he is an absolute superstar and a real credit to City Energy.

City Energy's Jack McGregor went above and beyond what I expected. Called me prior to arriving, arrived on time, friendly professional service and took time to explain how to use new equipment. Totally blown away with excellent service.

Tony B installed a smart meter at my property and was extremely polite, helpful and informative. He informed my about related issues on my boiler and attempted to resolve them. He completed the job promptly and even answered some additional questions a few days later via WhatsApp. I wish all engineers were high standards like Tony and I can’t recommend him enough. Great person for this job.

We had new energy meters fitted by Jack McGregor. He turned up on time, was professional and knowledgeable and a pleasure to have working in the house. All the work was carried out quickly and neatly.
