Luke and his team did a superb job. We packed up the entire flat and moved to a new place in London. It did not break nearly as badly as a tea cup. Luke has a keen eye for the finer points of a job, such as properly wrapping photos and shifting sofas.  Glad to WhatRemovals for recommending this company.

This is the third time we’ve used Luke and I wouldn’t consider using anyone else. His responses to queries are professional and quick. He can lift anything and always takes care. Even a van full of lots of little “bits” didn’t faze him!

This is the second time that we've used Luke to help us move and he has been outstanding again. On time, polite, fast and helpful. He's also incredibly reasonable price wise! We are really grateful that we found him and would not hesitate for a second to give him a ring if we ever move again.

These guys are great.

We did a big move from East London to Edinburgh in June so were on edge about making sure we brought everything and had no issues with items on the journey.

We had no issues whatsoever. At the start we opened up our storage units then left it with them to load up their van as we started the drive to Scotland. When they arrived a few hours later than us everything was fine. They brought everything safely to our first floor. They even had our large Peace Lily plant in the front with them and sang to it all the way :-) The plant looked a lot better by the time it arrived than when we initially opened up the storage unit.

Highly Recommended.

Brilliant effort to get our new sofa to a third floor flat when it didn’t fit in the lift. Couldn’t have worked harder or been more helpful.

Luke is FANTASTIC. He has helped us move house twice now, and has consistently delivered excellent service. Communication is quick, the move itself was super speedy and he is a professional in all he does (packs efficiently, the van is equipped with ropes for securing items and plenty of covers for fragile items, etc). He's also a super nice guy so that certainly takes away a lot from the stress of moving! Could not recommend Luke more.

Can not recommend city movers enough. It wasnt an easy job, however Luke was more than helpful with providing a quote, which was far cheaper than some competitors.
The communication was perfect, with Luke keeping in contact whilst loading up my work unit and moving to another location, all whilst I wasn't able to be present. He even sent photos to let me know when the job was completed
