Easy booking and very reliable. Transfers were there exactly when booked.

The service is very good and the drivers are very helpful and polite.
We have used this company for 11 years now.
The Transport is usually quite new but the last couple of times we have used the company the transport was quite old.
On our return from Luz to faro 5/8/26 I was quite anxious as the transport kept hesitating and cutting out for most of the journey.
If we were to use you again I would need to know that this wouldn’t happen again.
Maybe send someone with a more up to date vehicle and reliable.

From booking online to arrival at hotel experience was great .
Easy to book ,driver was standing at easy to see space with sign on arrival.

Took EUR 175, provided nothing, ignored every email

Dubrovnik Airport to Kotor, 23 July 2026, reservation SB121556300.

Paid EUR 140 at booking. Was then told, while boarding my flight, that the reservation was no longer confirmed and a further EUR 35 was due. Paid that too. Total EUR 175.

No confirmation email or eTicket was ever issued. No driver arrived. The airport transfer desk confirmed no local operator had ever accepted the job. I waited over two hours, received no communication whatsoever, and paid for my own transport in the end.

Refund requested 23 July, with 14 days to respond. Not a single reply. Chargeback to follow.

If you are considering booking, note that paying them does not mean you have a confirmed transfer.

A complete scam. We paid over £400 for a transfer from Sardinia Olbia airport and, even though we updated them on our delay, they failed to turn up and will not refund a penny. They did not provide the service yet are happy to take a huge chunk of money. Complete and utter scammers.

Booked with them a week ago for my holiday. They took my payment. I had to message numerous of time to make sure my taxi was booked They reassured me it will be and that they will let me know once its booked nearer the time which I found strange. Im flying out tomorrow and they have emailed me saying that my taxi is cancelled and I will get my refund back in 10 days. They lead me on. Took my money. Do not go to this company all they care is about your money. Now im left with no money to rebook another taxi and Everywhere online its fully booked so will be charged double when I land to my destination. And my dad is elderly me and my sister have 2 children too. Hence why I wanted to book a taxi in advance so I could save all the stress finding one for us.

I made a booking for my family via City Airport Taxis from Barcelona airport. We paid extra for the "executive" service as we had kids and elder familiy members with us, with a driver supposed to be waiting for us at the airport to help with baggage, etc.
I turns out this company just sells on the bookings, subcontracting it to other taxi companies.

I've used City Airport Taxis.com several times and have never been disappointed.Excellent service throughout.Love the fact they email so promptly to confirm the booking and again 24 hours before the journey.very efficient and I will definitely be using them again when I travel.

Our flight was delayed but they were aware of this and were still there to meet us. Lovely driver and an easy journey to our hotel.

Driver was very polite and quiet. He drove us in mercedes van, quite spacious and clean vehicle. Overall very pleasent experience.

Our driver Pavlos was very kind and friendly , excellent driver, gave us a few tips of what to do during our stay in Paros . Definitely recommend him!!

It was stated that driver would meet us in arrivals hall. He did not. We had to search for him outside. The transfer itself was fine; This was advertised as a premium service. It was not.

3rd time using these in Tunisia booking process was simple service was great and driver there waiting in arrivals yet again no issues and driver on time for the pick up from hotel to airport will definitely use again
