I love my Citrus xRockr sunglasses. I have purchased them as gifts because I love them so much. They are lightweight, durable and sturdy on my face. They are my go to sunglasses for working out, water adventures and vacations.

I love my CitrusEyewear sunglasses, when i first got them i thought that would be just another pair of sunglasses that i would be using along with some of the other i have, but so far these glasses are, in my opinion, extremely perfect for the very sunny days, i can still look back without them glasses blocking my view(while cycling on the road). Also when i sweat, the sweat drops never go into the glasses, which is awesome because i don’t have to be constantly cleaning the glasses. Definitely recommend them!!!

I first heard about Citrus Eyewear when their team reached out to me about their ambassador program. I’ll admit, I was a bit skeptical at first, but after doing my research, I decided to give them a try—and I’m so glad I did!

I absolutely love my Cruiser sunglasses! I ordered a pair for myself and another for my sister, and we both can't get enough of them. They're lightweight, comfortable, and stay in place whether I'm running, bike commuting, or just enjoying the outdoors. I've also received so many compliments on how stylish they look!

My order took a bit longer than expected, but when I contacted Citrus Eyewear, their team was responsive and helpful, which I really appreciated. They explained that my order was a pre-order, which I hadn't realized.

Overall, the Cruiser has exceeded my expectations. Given how much I love them, I'm already choosing my next Citrus Eyewear model!

Love my citrus sunglasses! They’re lightweight and don’t fog — super important to me as an ultra runner … especially living somewhere it snows in the winter!

Have now received tracking link and a message from Citrus explaining that there has been drama on their end with the new tarrifs.

Citrus Eye Wear reached out on Instagram on the 19th of December 2024. I made an order with them on the 9th of January 2025, but never received post confirmation or a tracking link. I emailed their customer support with no reply. They replied to me on Instagram on the 26th of January asking for order details, but after several emailed and many Instagram messages I am yet to get a response.
Their website is now closed and I am beginning to suspect I will not get my glasses or a refund.

Good glasses, no bounce, no slip, takes the glare off the sun, especially low sun in winter. Look forward to wearing them more in the summer months

Bough 3 glasses 6 months ago after a fiend was “sponsored” never received anything. When I contacted customer service they said they would look into it. I attempted to contact them 3 more times but no response.

Worn for 2 races this year including now a Major (Sydney Marathon) and Ultra Marathon in Queensland tropics. Plenty more races to come with the zDownhills. Light in weight, keep out direct sunlight it almost feels like they’re a part of you when wearing.

Citrus Eyewear reached out a while back and asked if I would be interested in trying out their sunglasses. I bought a pair of the Downhill sunglasses in neon yellow. Shipping took a couple of weeks to get to my place in Ontario Canada. I've been using them for a couple of months now running, cycling, and racing as well. I really like that they are light weight and fit well on my face. I found them to be quite durable too, I've dropped them a couple of times, and nothing has happened to the sunglasses. I will be ordering a couple other pairs for different uses moving forward, most likely the Stealth photochromatic pair to use now that its dark most of the time. The glasses are perfect for sports. They fit really well, and with the 2 additional lenses, you’re prepared for any light or weather conditions.

Ordered glasses in August and have not received them. Sent e-mails in September/October and on IG asking what is going on and if I can get an email at this point. They replied they will look into it.aa a month later no reply. I don’t even know if they are a real company

It's a scam. They reached out to me about their ambassador program. As soon as you sign up and order, they ghost you. Three weeks after signing up, I told them to keep the sunglasses and refund my money, they finally ship. I reached out for a refund, for I do not want to do business with them anymore, and haven't heard a thing.

Since writing this review, this is the first time hearing from them. They are correct, I did receive the sunglasses. As I said before, I ordered them, I reached out to them asking for a refund because it had been 3 weeks, then they finally ship them. They are also correct, my email did say I received them and didn't even open them and want to return them.
Off of their website: "To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase."
By definition of me not opening the package, they are in the same condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in it's original packaging.
Love to see they can't respond to emails but can respond to reviews.

Another update:
More lies from them trying to save face. I placed the order on 10/25/24. I messaged on instagram (that’s how they got me, messaging me, asking to join their ambassador program) on 10/31/24 asking how much longer. And again on 11/1/24. They get back to me on 11/4/24 asking for my order number, to which I replied and gave. 11/5/24 I again asked for an update. And again 11/6/24. Then 11/11/24 I finally asked for the refund. Those were just the instagram messages.
11/11/24 I sent my first email saying that I have yet to receive the glasses and want them to cancel the order and refund my money.
11/13/24 I get the email saying my order is on the way.
11/19/24 they arrive.
And yes, 11/20/24 I email saying they arrived and I want a refund. Want to talk about leaving out information? Talk about being up to mischief… The line they are referring to “All discounted products are final sales and refund for any product purchased with a discount is at the discretion of Citrus Eyewear.” Key point… “refund for any product purchased with a discount is at the discretion of Citrus Eyewear” meaning… “I’ll get you to purchase these glasses, even at a discount, and lose all contact with you. If you ask for a refund, we won’t even reply.”

Not to mention, they still haven’t reached out to me. This review is the most contact I have had with them.

the glasses are super light which gives comfort at very long distances, it is very important that nothing rubs us and they have a great design 😎💪🏻

Ordered my three glasses (Crusier and 2 Rockrs) and have been very happy with the quality, look and feel. I wear them for everyday use as well as all my outdoor runs. I wore Cruisers on a recent half marathon and have nothing but positive things to say. They’re lightweight, no bounce and the perfect running companion.

Very happy with my purchase. Bought 2 pairs and got a 3rd for free. Very well priced and comfortable. Also included several lenses for all weather conditions.

I have Brabus and Downhill sunnies which are perfect for both style and performance. I use them for cycling and running, and they deliver every time! The Brabus is sleek and lightweight for everyday wear, while the Downhill stays secure during intense activities, with great glare reduction. Both offer comfort, protection, and style—highly recommend!

I got a pair of sunglasses, and I’m really happy with them. They’re super lightweight and comfortable, so I barely notice I’m wearing them, even during long runs. The fit is snug but not too tight, and they stay in place perfectly. Overall, I’m really happy with them!

Great brand, wide selection of models! I bought the glasses to use them for training and for running races! Very good product and well made! Above all they do not move while running!

Do not buy from this company.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses through their ambassador zone on August 1st. The shipment arrived on August 22nd. It was an empty box. I emailed to complain and received an email in 12 minutes, saying they were sorry, that their "automated system" sometimes picks empty boxes and they are not verified. I was assured that a new pair of sunglasses would be shipped in 48 hours. It has been 12 days and I have received no shipment notification, no acknowledgement of any follow-up email, and no refund. At this point, I can only conclude that this is a scam, or the company is so incompetent that they can't handle basic customer service. Don't bother with them.

Update Sep 26: just figured I should update that unsurprisingly, I have not received a refund as of this writing as promised in the response below.
