Excellent so far

I chose Citrus 3 after looking into other companies, their pricing was very fair. Overall so far my experience has been very good, perfect for my needs. The quality of the stream is fantastic no complaints. I mainly use it for live broadcasts, so I can’t comment on other aspects of the service but I think they are on to a good thing.

The best platform that I have used

The best platform that I have used. After trying other providers, me and my partner launched our online station with Citrus3 in September 2025 and Matthew has asked me to leave a review.

First of all the overall system is very solid. It has a lot of features for basic broadcasters who just want to upload some content and use it to play 24/7. Very easy to set up even for the novice. Just upload, add to a playlist and launch. It also has advanced features for us to fully schedule our playout weeks and months in advance using the advanced scheduling system and the jingles/ads manager. Can't say I have had any issues in the nearly two months of use. Scheduling and uptime has been 100% spot on.

Support is also very good considering I'm in the USA and they are UK and Europe, I've spoken to Matt, Madden and James who have helped with different aspects such as promoting my station on directories and also scheduling my shows. Our apps are perfect for getting that extra hit of listeners too.

A very fair price for a reliable professional service/platform. I recommend them.

Great Support

My experience with Citrus 3 has been a good one, minor issues due occur , but they act on it very quickly.
The service team are excellent, they respond promptly to your email, especially Samantha that responded to my email tonight and dealt with the issue.
I would highly recommend Citrus 3.

What started out good has become very…

What started out good has become very disappointing to me. I have found that the program does not follow my schedule. I have found that it picks up tracks from the library at random and inserts it into a running playlist. There numerous periods of 2 to 3 minutes of dead air’ Random tracks are played repeatedly within any playlist. Numerous times any track can invade and override a playing track.

I am a podcaster and recently decided to plunge and start a radio station alongside my own on demand podcast shows. Citrus3 has been a great platform for expansion. Really easy to set up and a great way to engage more listeners in real time. When not online we use the autoDJ which keeps the radio going 24/7.

Worth every penny

We have run our radio on the citrus3 platform since 2018. They are and have been an excellent company for our Ministry. We have varied with 5 to 10 accounts during our time for different channels with a variety of content on each one and never had any issues with any of them. Always been easy to set up and support has been great. We used several providers before however we like the media control panel which Citrus3 uses inside their platform. Easy of use and simplicity is key for us as we are an older generation of users.

BEWARE..!!!

Decided to add another streaming services to our station. Citrus3 sounded good so we gave it a try..didn't work out for our station so we immediately canceled it within an hour of trying to install...they agreed after trying to convince us to reconsider..now I'm still getting monthly bills from Citrus3 even though it was canceled and not in use..zero stars..totally unprofessional and will never recommend this company..!!!

I am an older person still learning a…

I am an older person still learning a lot about internet radio, however the system is easy to use and comes with really good support from Matthew and James who always get back to me the same day if I need any help. The actual setup to start broadcasting only took 5 to 10 minutes and now I am getting the mobile apps set up for my station as we speak. The station is now broadcasting 24/7 and is starting to get new listeners as expected daily.

One of the best things I did was switch…

One of the best things I did was switch our service to Citrus3 radio platform. For the price it is very reliable and easy to use. Also Matthew gave me instructions on how to increase listeners and it's working. Didn't think it would be this easy, but it's straight forward. You just find as many radio directories as possible by searching on Google for 'radio directory' then you locate a 'submit' or 'add station' section and send them your Citrus3 URL. We are now listed on over 50 directories and traffic is insane. Get yourselves listed folks and sit back let the directories do the heavy work for you.
