I need freedom from this company

I agree with the last feedback. I don't even remember signing a petition recently. I have done in the past. When an email popped into my inbox. Followed by at least one every day. Trying to unsubscibe is awful. Not sure I have succeeded now. Never do I sign a petition again. Freedom of speech irony, I think I lost mine the minute these people got my details. And I fear for those who do not say know to requests for money. There will be people in debt because of the pleading way this company structures its emails.

Another point of view…..

I do feel they raise important issues - which I am often unaware of. I wouldn’t say I am bombarded with emails, I delete those which do not resonate, and sign those which do. On the whole it’s another point of view - which while we are still allowed to have one - I don’t have a problem with it.

WARNING

AWFUL, AWFUL. as everybody says, be very wary. I once made a small donation since when I have been beseiged on a daily basis by insane emails and not only can I not unsubscribe but (no thanks to my equally useless Outlook email account), I have tried to report them as phishing and block them on a daily basis but still their emails come in. Don't go anywhere near them.

CitizenGO don’t deserve 1 star

CitizenGO don’t deserve even one star. Appalling company and like many other comments, it’s a nightmare to unsubscribe from their bombardment of endless begging emails.

You can't unsubscribe to newsletter!

Once you sign a petition, you'll be enrolled on the newsletter - even if you didn't select it!
But the funny part starts when you want to unsubscribe - you simply can't. The page shows the wrong email address and the "Unsubscribe" button... doesn't work xD
I'll never sign anything for them.

HALLELUJAH, you’re a bigot!!

Why would I subscribe to a vehemently homophobic, racist and every other kind of phobic twaddle hiding behind the blanket security of Christianity? WHY???
It is NOT CHRISTIAN.
If you have sent money or even subscribed to this filth, without checking out their backers or done your homework, just because you have failed at life and seek your pathetic retribution against other humans. Good for you and your hatred, burning deep and festering inside your soul.
They will not unsubscribe you and you will be debited amounts of money for ever and ever and ever , AMEN!!!
TOUGH TITTIES, enjoy purgatory. 🖕🏼

An Honest Review

So many e-mails...I did some research I found out who their financial backers are...and I had never heard of any of these people before...yet i've seen very little return for my investment

I honestly don't know why I have donated goodness knows how much and signed many petitions. I don't think this world has become a better place because of their existence...

I don't have a problem with religion perse but it seems to me they believe in a white nationalist christian version of it...something which I am against because I am biracial and have been bullied by these white nationalist thugs in the past...

Honestly now it feels hypocritical to continue supporting them, so i'll be unsubscribing and blocking all emails...

CitizenGO refuses to honour Unsubscribes.

DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE OF SIGNING A PETITION FROM CITIZENGO. I signed one and they started sending me emails from a person there, so I unsubscribed. Then I got an email from someone else. I unsubscribed again. And so on for SEVEN times. And I am STILL getting emails almost daily.

Too many email marketing and ads again

They renewed newletter subscription without my consent. They promised in written form not to do it, but they did it anyway. I am once again bombarded with too much over emotional email marketing. Sorry, privacy is crucial to me and this organization in my view is not doing enough to protect it . Have a nice day.

Go Away! PLEASE!

Citizen Go have some good points but they inundate you and it’s impossible to unsubscribe! The unsubscribe button doesn’t work and you’re told to email . However, after numerous emails I’m still inundated. It appears I’m not the only one!

Cannot unsubscribe!

Cannot unsubscribe!
I agree with a lot of things they claim to represent, however this was a FLY TRAP.
I have tried the fake unsubscribe link in the email, the fake button as well as writing emailing requests to stop. Its not stopping. I am so glad I did not send money!!

I never subscribed in the first place

I never subscribed in the first place, so they must have got my email address from elsewhere without my permission. They are basically right-wing, bible bashing hate speech and no matter how many times I've asked to be removed, they never listen. I now just delete them as soon as they pop up.

I signed a petition

I signed a petition. Since then I have been bombarded with emails. I have unsubscribed numerous times, sent emails to complain and put them on spam, but they keep coming.

IMPOSSIBLE TO UNSUBSCRIBE

Absolutely impossible to unsubscribe from their emails. I have been trying for weeks to stop their emails flooding my inbox, but nothing works. I don't care whether they are telling the truth or not at this stage - I JUST DO NOT WANT THEIR EMAILS... Disgraceful.
