Still terrible customer service!

Still terrible customer service!! After a year since my first review nothing has been changed . As an apology for the terrible service, I was given a discount code that didn't work. I asked for a new one and they gave me a code that didn't work again. Not so long ago, I contacted them again and they replied to me that my code was supposedly valid for half a year. What nonsense!!! This is not a promotion or a temporary discount. This is a voucher that I have the right to use whenever I want. They closed my request without a response. Amateurs who cheat people . I checked all the letters on purpose, I didn't find a single mention that I had to use the voucher for six months.

Worst service ever

Worst service ever. Ordered a product online through their website two weeks ago. Product should have been delivered after 5 days, still on its way. Zero responses to mails, zero responses when you submit a question through their contact sheet, zero responses when you call them (no one ever picks up). Do not order on this website!

I ordered online despite the bad…

I ordered online despite the bad reviews on online purchasing and the parcel arrived swiftly and the item was exactly as I hoped for.

I must say I also sent an email to their customer Service regarding my order which no one ever replied to, but since all arrived in good order and fast that’s ok for me.

So personally I had a good experience buying online.

Don't buy online

I ordered a pair of shoes during their private sale before the beginning of winter sales. They use Colissimo or Chronopost for the deliveries, unfortunately both very inefficient services. My package hasn't been delivered, and Chronopost is not updating the tracking, so I assume it is lost and I would like a refund. I tried to contact the customer service via their website form, and got no response. I called but they only work until 12 am and no one responded with several attempts. Writing on social media, they only said that they are all busy due to the sales and be patient. Sorry but this is no way to cater to customers, if you have big sales prepare a big infrastructure to handle them. Also, choose better delivery services. This is the second time I order from Citadium and can't get my item, the first time the item didn't even leave the warehouse, since although they sold it to me it was not available, and had to go through all the mess with customer service to get refunded. Shops are ok, but online sales are a disaster.

Unable to return items

I received the ordered item, but I am unable to return it. Citadium does not provide any information on where the item should be shipped. Additionally, they do not offer an email address and do not respond to calls or submitted customer forms. As a result, customers are unable to return their items.

Always had great expercience but with…

Always had great expercience but with my last order I found out that the color of the sweater appeared when opening the bag. For this I sent an email to their email address. After no response via contact form and still no answer... Can you look at it asap? I sent the email on 31/1. Order number 1891982.

Worst customer service I have ever…

Worst customer service I have ever received. They never respond to emails, I can no longer log into my profile so I have no idea if the item I returned will be refunded to my account, I did not receive the email confirming the arrival of my item... I do not recommend it at all.

Service client silencieux

Je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande car elle a été endommagée lors de la livraison et a été retournée. Malgré avoir contacté le service client, je n'ai rien entendu de Citadium. J'ai déjà commandé chez Citadium, mais je n'ai jamais été ignoré par le service client pour son erreur. Les clients ne doivent pas être punis pour un emballage incompétent.

I never received my order because it was damaged during delivery and was returned to sender. Despite contacting customer service, I haven't heard anything from Citadium. I have ordered from Citadium before, but have never been ignored by customer service several times for their mistake. Customers should not be punished for incompetent packaging.

Good prices, fast shipping

Ordered a couple of items, very good price and fast shipping.
The e-mail with the order confirmation was not delivered, but the shipping notice with tracking information came quickly, so not an issue. I also notified the customer support, they took a few days to reply, but apologized for it.
