This ridiculous and unscrupulous…

This ridiculous and unscrupulous company participates in Spoofing and market manipulation and should be punished accordingly. If cheating is the only way you can win, it means you’re leveraging untalented people and are no different to street criminals.

Sent flowers without permission and one week late

I made an order and when they got back to me and asked if I was okay with a $25 delivery fee I did not approve it. One week after the flowers were supposed to be delivered (had I approved it) they arrived at my sister's. Citadel Bloom decided to go ahead with the delivery as they were going out in her area anyway. I had gone elsewhere to order flowers and they would not return my money. I had to go to my credit card company to get my money refunded.

I couldn’t give this ‘company’ no stars…

I couldn’t give this ‘company’ no stars but I would have done if I’d had the chance. I, like another person ordered a cat tree way back at the end of October. I had an email telling me it would be delivered in 30 to 40 days. I was shocked and asked was it coming from the moon??? I’ve sent numerous emails and have had no response. I paid via PayPal so I’m going to try and get my money back. As a pensioner, I can’t afford to lose money like that. Don’t buy from them. Definitely a scam!

I'd give this company a 0 if I could

I'd give this company a 0 if I could, regularly involved with stock market manipulation and their CEO Ken Griffin lied under oath during an investigation regarding removal of the buy button for certain stocks. They are regularly fined for breaking laws and manipulating stock prices, but unfortunately the SEC only fines a small percentage of what they make, so they keep doing it. 80 Billion securities sold not yet purchased, FTX had around 10-15 billion for perspective. Ken Griffin is acting like Bernie Madoff, even down to making it hard for investors to take out their money without fines and threatening them to not be allowed to reinvest with them. This company is a parasite selling stocks it doesn't own to fabricate profits.

Corrupt stock market manipulators…

Corrupt stock market manipulators currently embroiled in a DOJ investigation for manipulating the stock market since their conception.

Ken Griffin is a liar, has lied under oath and should not be trusted with money.

This company is not transparent- it kept deleting my social media posts to them. They have terrible reviews everywhere and short sell, manipulating the market. Their CEO has made many mistakes airing on the side of crimes and fraud. He needs to resign and let Citadel save some of their investors whose shares they don’t even own anymore. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GO TO JAIL AND LOSE IT
