Never received my goods, took my money after 2 months of e mails to customer service offerd me a 10% refund!

Avoid at all costs - complete scammers

I ordered a pair of shoes from Cisyoide about six weeks ago and I am still waiting. My account was charged in the name of Oxittol and was charged again! , for the same amount, 4 weeks later using a different payee name: Bergdior. I have questioned Cisyoide several times and get what I think is AI generated answers. The keep fobbing me off. They insist the Package was delivered, but cant give me the name of the shipping company , or where it was delivered to. – They gave me a tracking number which is not recognised by anyone. If I could give them zero stars, it would be more appropriate – Don't deal with them, looks like a complete scam to me !

This company allegedly selling shoes are total scammers. I ordered my gents shoes on 28 August and was extremely disappointed when the shipping information showed they were being shipped from China!! My experience exactly matches the other posts claiming goods had been delivered then when I asked for details of the delivery I was told to check with neighbours then said they had been delivered to my Post Office but could not give me the address of the Post Office or the courier name! After many requests they agreed to refund me but so far nothing! Today received an email stating that my goods had been shipped with the usual false shipping info. Thankfully my credit card bank has refunded me in full. They have now tried to debit my bank using a different name so my bank has treated it as a fraudulent transaction and have given me a new credit card to prevent further requests. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I paid for a pair of trainers from the organisation in August 27, and up till now (Oct.2025) I have not received the goods. I sent emails to ask for the shoes, and their response was "We have provided you with the logistics tracking number and detailed screenshot of the logistics tracking track. You look for the package again. Because our goods have been delivered and signed for.
Thank you for your cooperation,"...which looks like an AI response.

I honestly think the government should come to the aid of the millions of people they scammed.

No delivery of item, said they had delivered and item was tracked, which it was but there was no name of delivery company and the day thetsaid it was delivered we were at home all day. I continually asked for the name of delivery company which they chose to ignore, in fact my response from them felt like an AI response. They told me to keep searching which was impossible without the name of the delivery company. I felt it was a total scam, they got the money, we got nothing except being told we needed to look harder. I feel this Company should be taken off social media completely before more people get conned.

Avoid this company at all costs. Took payment and stated they delivered and they gave a date and time. However I have cameras on my property and have proof that they never delivered. They sent me an email saying they would refund me but of course no refund. SCAMMERS

If I could give no stars I would, liars and thieves , not happy with 1 payment they tried to get another from my account, my bank already were made aware , same as all other reviews regarding emails says check neighbours, post office it's been delivered it has NOT !!!!!!!

This company is a complete and utter scam. Thieving is not the word. I am totally disgusted that i have not received the goods that i paid for. We all work hard to buy these items and they dont give a damn. Facebook should be screening these companies and not let them advertise on their website. Please do not fall victim like myself and use this company. It is not worth the disappointment. Trust me

Don't be scammed! They are not an honest company to deal with and lie about the delivery of goods. If you don't want to lose your money keep away!

I can only echo the other reviews.. I similarly and foolishly, ordered shoes on Facebook which have never been received. The CISYOIDE Customer Service is entirely unreliable and stalls for time, maintaining goods have been delivered when they haven’t. They will not provide name of courier. The “business “ appears to be a total con and I have now launched an enquiry through my bank and Consumer Protection Agencies. I would advise anyone not to use CISYOIDE .

I have had the same experience as the previous reveiw, money taken from my account, more than the invoice stated , shoes not received, after several requests for refund, they keep stalling with the same emails about Checking post office, neighbours etc, and stating it has been delivered, but no proof of this.
I believe this company are not to be trusted as they are scamming thieves.
Shame on facebook for allowing these people to advertise on there site

This company are a bunch of liars and thieves do not order anything from them. Instead of providing me with a refund for non delivery they took more money from my account.
