Title: Feels Like a Scam – Unwanted and Stressful Emails
I’ve been receiving emails from a company called CISDRS about some supposed unpaid invoices linked to a property on Booking.com. I was really surprised because I’ve never listed any property with Booking.com myself, and I never received any emails or messages from them about this either.
When I reached out to Booking.com directly and gave them the property ID mentioned, they told me that my name and details aren’t linked to that property at all. They also advised me to ignore the emails.
To be honest, it just feels like harassment. If there was any real issue, Booking.com should’ve contacted me first – not some third-party company.I’ve had no direct dealings with Booking.com myself.
CIS DRS are scammers.
CIS DRS are scammers.
They started emailing me, saying I owed Booking.com money. I then contacted Booking.com, and they looked into it. They found that I didn't owe anything on my account from when I used to let a property.

SCAMMERS
Much like all the other comments here. CIS DRS are unprofessional and are trying to claim back a debt which doesn't exist.
I have now reported this company to the financial ombudsman and would encourage everyone to do the same thing.
I was contacted by this company on behalf of booking.com in February 2025 over a "debt of £13.50" which doesnt exist, after numerous emails and no response I have now spoken with the FO and writing this review that will without a doubt get a response...

Booking.com and CISDRS have been harassing me
Booking.com and CISDRS have been relentlessly harassing me with continuous calls regarding fake invoices generated in my name. Despite repeatedly informing Mr. Eskender that these invoices stem from no-show bookings, they persist in demanding payment for amounts I do not owe. It is extremely disheartening to see Booking.com and CISDRS engaging in such deceptive and aggressive practices, bombarding people with calls and emails over fraudulent charges. Their unprofessional behavior is causing unnecessary stress and frustration, and it’s unacceptable that they continue to exploit people with these unethical tactics.

I am working for a company ,which this company is bothering every week with emails regarding unpaid invoices. However we have paid everything. You can not reach them on the phone, there is no contact/ no names...and they also send these emails to my colleagues to their PRIVATE email address. Terrible behaviour.

Booking.com has been harrassing me for non payment even though it's was a ' no show'
Almost every day I have been receiving mails for payment through this so called law firm.
First of all its really confusing to navigate through the Extranet. It just does not open.Secondly no payments were done by the guest so the question of pending payment doesn't arise.
Yet again..there is no call centre in India and communication gets difficult.

Dodgy Scammers
Dodgy - Send out false invoices and demands for money.
They are clever, they look for buildings that lease office space, then look up the tenants details and websites and send demands for money pretending to be in affilliation with the Building owner/manager
