Equipment and software very user…
Equipment and software very user friendly, allowing easy interpretation of the results, while also being able to correctly store and label. The product was delivered on time. Only comment for improvement would be to have a rechargeable battery in the noise measuring device as battery life was 2 days, meaning the replacement batteries only allowed use of the device for 4 days. Rechargeable batteries would be able to charge when the instrument is plugged into a computer to download the results.

Needed noise badge kit sorting
Needed noise badge kit sorting as Reader was defective. Cirrus sorted collection via Courier and as kit was only calibrated a few months ago it was fixed under warranty. Very fast turnaround so I could use kit out on site shortly after.

Excellent service provided from start to finish!
My enquiry to hire noise kit was dealt with professionally and I was given advice on which kit would be the best option for my particular requirements.
I received delivery on time and with no problems...I even asked a couple of questions on the kit and Cirrus were very helpful.
The kit was simple and easy to use with the software doing everything I needed after the meter was downloaded.
Arranging collection was easy afterwards.
Fantastic service and will not hesitate to use again

Cirrus staff helpful and professional as always; ready with advice when required. Delivery and collection of the rental equipment was as promised and well organised. And of course the equipment and software worked perfectly in helping us with our environmental noise issue.

Excellent Sound Level Meters and back up service
The Optimus Sound Level Meters and the Trojan Noise Nuisance Recorders are comprehensively equipped with the full range of measurement parameters.This makes using them very easy. Simply calibrate the meter and press start to begin measuring noise.
Results are downloaded to the straightforward noise Noise Tools. Annotating recordings is easy as is exporting reports of the project.
The sales staff are friendly and knowledgeable as are the calibration team. This makes me confident in using and recommending Cirrus to anybody who needs to use a Sound Level Meter or Noise Nuisance Recorders
