Wrong item, unable to contact help team
I placed an order, I received the order promptly. However when opening the package the incorrect item was received (a completely different model). So I emailed the help team at circulr.co as per their website and messaged them on Instagram. I am still yet to receive a reply on both, and today received an email saying “delivery incomplete, The recipient server did not accept our requests to connect.“.

Order Never Arrived
About a year ago, I placed an order for a Gustavo Black sunglass. It reads 5-7 business days for international shipping. I'm yet to get my order or a refund. Matter of fact, I am yet to get a response from their team. I am starting to suspect the whole enterprise is a scam or a Ponzi scheme.
