The service is quick and very easy to book online. I received my sample kit the next day however, my destination requires a 48 hours pre departure test which wasnt possible due to weekend. I contacted the customer service and got a full refund within a day of my contacting them. I highly recommend the service to everyone

I was very sceptical about this company…
I was very sceptical about this company due to lots of negative reviews. However, I'm satisfied with it. Got my swab done at St Pancras and received my results 20 h afterwards.

A top and highly professional service
I am really grateful to the employee who helped me with the testing. I was a group leader with 30 French students, on our way back home. The testing I had at Boots not being valid I had to have another one at St Pancras . It was a nearmiss, I could have missed the Eurostar.

Easy to use service
Easy to use service, very competitive prices, certificates received in time stated, would have given 5 stars but the times on the pick up email were incorrect so had to make 2 trips to pick up my tests as the 1st time I went they were closed.

Amazing customer service, easy to use, quick results
Kevin, the circular health advisor met us at the door and explained the process, ensuring we were kept informed about what will happen next. He has such a caring attitude towards my elderly mum and my children. The on- site lab meant we got our results within 2 hours. Would highly recommend. Their reminder service had sent a couple of messages beforehand and sent explicit address details. Their contact center was easy to contact with an actual person answering the phone! The. customer support service was amazing too. Would highly recommend.
