Everything went pretty smoothly from beginning to end. The team was responsive and made sure I understood each step along the way. Even when I needed to send photos and videos, the process was straightforward and not confusing at all.
What stood out most was how supportive they were throughout. Their online guidance made things easy to handle, and I never felt stuck. Overall, a positive experience and definitely appreciated their effort.

I want to like this ring but after having it for about 6 months, I wish I had bought literally anything else.

Pros:
- Comfortable
- No subscription fees
- Offers great data (when it's working)

Cons:
- Easily scratched. I got the silver one and it was shiny for about 2 days before I noticed it gets scratched on anything at all and becomes a little dull.
- App is absolutely awful. It crashes often, I frequently have issues with syncing, and it doesn't always collect my sleep data. Currently, my app is unable to sync data with my ring without crashing (this has been happening for the last few weeks), so it's basically unusable now.
- Bad glue on ring. The glue on the inside of the band is starting to peel off. This is just an aesthetic thing for me, but if I wore it to swim or shower I'd be worried it'd short out.

I really wanted to love this ring but the non-functional app essentially renders my $400 ring useless. It's worked for the last 5 months, but now it doesn't. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled and it removed all my data and I had to reconnect my ring, and it still doesn't work. At this point I'm considering trashing this one and getting something functional.

The app is up to date to version 29.1.4.
The ring is on firmware version 1.4.6.
The app crashes when trying to sync with my ring. It gets to about 72% then the app closes - this happens every time around the same percentage. The app has been uninstalled and reinstalled and the cache has also been cleared.

The design is really clean and modern, which is what caught my attention at first, but the app itself is what makes it stand out. I didn’t expect to check my stats as often as I do, but it’s actually pretty satisfying seeing everything laid out so clearly. It breaks down your day in a simple way that just makes sense. Nothing feels too complicated or overdone—it’s just easy to use and genuinely helpful.

Got my ring as a Christmas gift 3 months ago, and this is the most thoughtful gift I ever received! First I thought I will use it mostly for sleep, calory and steps tracking, but once the in app free Ai assistant started giving feedback based on data collected about my health and gave real suggestions that pretty much aligned with what I really needed I got charmed! It is really useful to understand my health, to support my wellbeing. One of the recent cases, the assistant analyzed my sleep and energy levels, and suggested to not take coffee later than 13 pm, as late intake of caffeine was one of main reasons I had poor sleep, following to this recommendation my sleep habits improved and I feel more energized in the mornings in most of the cases.

I have the ring for already 2months. I went through calibration period for 2 weeks, during which my data was collected and some info was visible to me. After that period I started getting detailed and helpful insights and recommendations from Kira, based on data it collects about my body it can suggest to take a break, or be more active, have a cup of coffee, go for a walk or take in app breathing excersises.
In general I like the ring, it looks premium and is nicely integrated with my daily looks, I have silver one.
Size of the ring is also correct, I ordered with sizing kit, received teh sizing kit first, identified my ring size to be 7 and then received silver 7.

This is an amazing addition to my daily routine and it way easier to use compared to the smart watch I used to wear, specifically when taking shower or when sleeping, it stil gets valid data about me and it's really useful.

There were some minor issues with some of the features which were fixed with some updates, hopefully this is a trusted brand that takes our feedback and imoroves the product!
