Great service prompt and efficient, detailed report

Excellent and commendable customer service! I had a few unfortunate incidents with the return process. Firstly, I had mistakenly dispose off the commercial Airway Bill to which the customer service immediately emailed me a soft copy when I reached out for help. Secondly, FedEx lost my return parcel. Again, the customer service team responded promptly with great bias for action. I was given a replacement immediately and was even assisted with a Fedex pick up at my door step. In each of these incidents the communication with the customer service was quick and prompt, which was a big great relief!

I'm glad I did this test. It gave very interesting insights to understanding my body better. I thought I'll have type 2 diabetes, obesity and heart disease genes, as it runs in my family. It turns out, I have no genes increasing these. These conditions run in my family purely because of poor lifestyle/dietary choices.

Great experience from receiving the kit to sending the sample it was all very simple and well thought out. I am loving reviewing my results and getting to know more about myself!

Detail, broad and infographic approach.

I really enjoy my first time experience in testing DNA. I thought it will be kinda complicated since im located far from the DNA lab, but surprisingly it was all really simple and easy. CircleDNA and the expedition team (which is FedEx) were really fast responses and cooperative. All the DNA test results are what ive been searching for. Some of it really match my current situation. I’ll try to follow the recommendations to shape a better version of me.

Wish next time there will be test results for gluten sensitivity.

Impossible to contact the company. My sample is stuck during the return to Hong Kong due to no export data (company address, tax number etc). This is with DHL. This is using the prepaid return that came with the kit! DHL is the preferred courier according to the instructions for the return.

Their advertisement is highly misleading! They claim to offer seamless processing, including arranging the pickup of samples. I’ve purchased two sets, and even after a month, the samples still haven't been collected. I've sent numerous emails, but nothing productive has come from it. They make empty promises, like saying they've coordinated everything with the courier and will expedite the results to make up for their poor customer service. However, they don't provide all the necessary documents for the courier to accept the samples.

Genuine test which moves beyond ancestory and includes a call with a board certified genetic counselor to understand the results.

The report helps me understand and know my body. With the knowledge of my genetics I am able to work towards my goal of a healthier lifestyle and fitter body. It also gave me peace of mind knowing my health status.
