Intuitive and simplified interface, amazing results.

I subscribed to CinemaFlow’s Pro plan and paid $179 expecting the credits that were advertised. Unfortunately, I never received the credits, and there was no effective customer support to resolve the issue. Emails went unanswered, and there’s no reliable way to contact their team.

For a company selling creative tools, this lack of accountability is very disappointing. If you’re considering subscribing, be aware you might pay a significant amount and get nothing in return. They need to fix their support system and honor what customers pay for.

Incredible! I love almost everything this platform can do.

My kids and I have had an absolute blast making videos together.

I signed up for a free trial to test somethings didn't even use it more than 10 minute it was very shit, and suddenly they’re charging me $49 every month no way to cancel, no customer support, no account settings, nothing. Total scam.

I reported the site to my government and scam protection agencies to try and get it blocked, and I encourage everyone else to do the same.

Also: dispute the charges through your bank ASAP. Don’t let these people get away with it.

Sites like this shouldn’t be allowed online. At least take me to dinner first before scamming me, you feel me?

I was charged after a trial, as soon as i was charged i emailed asking for a refund (literally within 30 mins)

They responded coldly basically saying we dont refund

I explained that I should be able to refund a service that was just charged to me that I have no interest using, and its Australian Consumer Law that i should be able too

They responded with "Your country's laws don't apply to us because we sell online" which is ridiculous

So i figure i may aswell use the service and get my moneys worth, Well the website doesn't work, when you cancel your sub you cant use any features, i cant make a video, so Ive been charged over $70 for a full month but still cant even use this product

Terrible product, UI and customer service

If i dont hear back and get a refund soon I will contact my banks fraud department & also report this company to consumer affairs

I like the experience. Good tool for making videos

1. The software on the website didn’t work 2. They charged me $49.95 AFTER I cancelled 3. I ordered a new card and they somehow used Apple Pay to attempt to charge my new card 4. Now when I try to go to their website they block me ///. TOTAL SCAM // My bank sees them as SUSPIS

I would like the ability to iterate on the videos and optimize them. Add graphics, change the look, etc. If this feature already exists then I am not seeing it.

Cinema Flow is incredibly easy a to use, very intuitive, and creates stunning content. The options are virtually unlimited and output seamless.

Cinemaflow has been a great tool because the video creation quality is excellent! The ability to easily and quickly do this work is such an advantage for creators and marketers, who can create better quality for less time and money spent.

I’m really impressed with this app’s overall functionality. The videos it produces are especially standout, delivering exactly the results I want.

I have not seen any specific details of the script being showcased. it appears to give a general short video that doesnt really express what was typed in the summary. however the graphics are wonderful

I’m so new to this that it is hard to say.
