1/5 – WORST online purchase experience I have ever had. Cinch.my, do better.

I ordered an pixel 10 from Cinch.my on 7 November, and today is already 18 November. My order status is still “unfulfilled”.
No indication, no status, not “processed”, not “packed”, not “shipped”. Nothing.
Their customer service has been painfully slow, repetitive, and completely unhelpful. Every time I ask for an update, they copy and paste the same script:
“Unfortunately, due to high demand, we are unable to expedite the process. As stated on our website, the processing time may take up to 5-7 business days, including delivery. "
Let me break it down clearly:
I made a purchase on 6 Nov
7 Nov, working day 1
8 and 9 Nov, weekend (excluded)
10 Nov, working day 2
11 Nov, working day 3
12 Nov, working day 4
13 Nov, working day 5
14 Nov, Working day 6
15 and 16 Nov, weekend (excluded)
17 Nov, working day 7
18 Nov, working day 8
It has already exceeded full working days, yet my order is still not fulfilled.
No tracking number, no real update, no urgency.
Different CS agents replied to me, Fai, Rifki, Yaya, but all gave the same vague responses as if nobody actually checked anything.
I even asked whether my device was stuck in the warehouse or if anyone was packing it, and still received no answer.
People buy devices because they need to use them, not to wait endlessly with zero updates.
At this point, I honestly regret trusting Cinch.My
If you cannot handle the volume, stop accepting new orders until you can deliver basic service.
I will file a report with KPDNHEP, and I will share this experience on all platforms so that other customers do not go through the same frustration.
Do better, Cinch.My. This is unacceptable.
