I bought these shoes but when I got…

I bought these shoes but when I got them they didn’t fit properly. They said it was easy to return and get full refund! DO NOT BELIEVE IT! All I have gotten is the run around. I have sent 4 emails in the past week just to get a response and just got an email back asking if I want to keep the product and get 30% back. NO! I want to send back and get refund!!
It’s easier to return in stores or AMaZON a than this company. All I want is to return the product and get a refund.

I ordered shoes on April 10th

I ordered shoes on April 10th. I have not received the shoes ($50). The only notice I received was a charge on my Visa card. May 2nd and still no shoes, nor notice (of any kind).
I ordered 2 other pairs of shoes from other companies after the order (above) and received notices and shoes. Bad customer service.

I bought a pair of shoes they were the wrong size .
I have sent at least 6 emails no reply and all I want to do is exchange the size. Home page says on site PAGE NOT FOUND FOR money guaranteed. I am so disappointed. Cilool are a pain in the neck they are so unprofessional.

From my experience

From my experience, the "customer service" team at Cilool does not understand the true meaning of customer service. I ordered two pairs of sandals -- same upper, but with two different heel styles (one black, one tan). They sent me two identical sandals, both with the tan heel. Plus, shoe sizing on their site is inconsistent (found that out later), so sometimes the 9 is Euro 40 and sometimes it's 41 (which is what I got, so the sandal was too large). I contacted Cilool; they tried to offer me partial refunds (10%, then 30%) if I kept the shoes. I told them the order was wrong and the shoes didn't fit. I returned them, but since the company is in China, I paid $44.75 (for Customs). Cilool did refund the cost of the shoes, but NOT my return shipping. They emailed me, saying I should be patient, and then that it was refunded to my card. NO IT WASN'T! How could they refund something I paid the Postal Service? I asked for a money order or refund check. "Crickets!* The photos of their shoes look nice, but I will NEVER order from them and I'd warn EVERYONE about their shady practices. If I could give them a -1, I certainly would! Do NOT order from this company.

I would put zero stars. Trust me Never buy from this company! Terrible shoes and you will never get ahold of anyone to even get a refund

BEWARE, well organised SCAM

This website is a well organised SCAM. Their marketing and presentation looks legitimate but it is not. ONCE YOU ENTER YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS THAT IS PRETTY MUCH IT, NO CONTACT AFTER THAT. They pay to hide the domain name details, they don’t reply to emails. You will be giving away your money.

Cute shoes, company does not communicate

I am giving this company 4 stars because I was unable to get ahold of them when I needed to. I had sent 4 emails and no one ever got back to me. However, the shoes got here very quickly and I was impressed by the quickness of delivery. They are exactly the way they looked online. They're very cute. And comfortable.

Still waiting for 2 pair of shoes that…

Still waiting for 2 pair of shoes that I ordered in Oct 21. Have emailed several times but don't get any reply. Tracking states that these have been delivered, but neither myself or the post office have seen them. Not Happy.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

OMG...these shoes look like I could've made them myself. I can still see the glue. The shoes are also too little. I ordered a 10 but it fits like a 9.5. I'm very disappointed. Don't waste your money.
