Cicar is simply the best solution for renting a car in Gran Canaria (and i assume everywhere it is available). The cars are always new, clean and perfectly functioning, the price is always very fair: second driver for free, full insurance coverage and no huge deposit to leave, additionally the customer experience is always perfect, specifically the offices in Agaete port and in Anfi del Mar, the employees were very helpful, polite and quick. When i have been forced to use other companies because of unavailability of Cicar cars, my experiences were always horrible, Cicar is the best company to rent a car for vacation or business. Thank you

Good cars, simple formalities

The company was recommended to us by friends who travelled the world. Everything was all right, the car was good and all the formalities smooth. Price was good as well.
ONE problem: we asked for a bigger car and they didn't have it. We didn't insist. Next time make sure that you have the car reserved for the day. If we were in three as we scheduled our holiday we and the luggage wouldn't fit.

very nice cars, sometimes they give big cars because they don’t have enough maybe available. but very nice staf, and very quick to pick up, and to leave keys.

I have been renting cars for more than 30 years, this is the first time that I can say the experience was good, the price includes everything, even full insurance, no hidden costs. The rest of the rental car companies should learn from these guys.

Excellent company. Rented with them 3 times, 0 issues. Cheap rates, good service, unlimmited km, 2nd driver included and 0 franchise. Can even return the cars in different locations for 0€ (in the canaries).
What else can you ask for?

Not happy with them as we rented a vehicle from them in lanzarote for few days so the lady that bringed a car she was very rude she asked us to pay deposit 5000e when a car for 2 days costs 200e, abd then she was lime if its too expensive you can take opel corsa with low deposit, she was not helpful, not friendly i would not go back to this car rental never again, only because of customer care as the car was perfect no complains but customer care is disaster we were told they will givr our depisit back 5000e the same day when we bring car back but it was lies as we were waiting for them like 5 days or 7 days to comeback, they all in main office were surprised how big deposit we paid, if we young doesnt mean that we dont have any money and we cant pay them 5000e deposit
