Pay for an app you’re better off. Their box is terrible their support is worse, nothing but back and forth with no resolution. Save yourself some money and get something you can stream from a smart tv there are plenty to choose from now.

Excellent Customer Support! Five Stars for being very responsive and fast and also agile to find a solution for our problem. Within just a few minutes we received a response and within very short time the problem was resolved.

It's very good but we NEED SUBTITLES for those of us who are hearing impaired.

It’s a scam. I tried call customer service only to get a sex hotline, I retailed thinking I must have missed dialed only to receive other hotlines not for this product. I emailed numerous times and never received a response. The address in Florida was a rental house in a bad neighborhood. I sent the boxes back and never received a refund. I was within my 14 day window . I finally put in a dispute with my credit card company.

With Cibor tv I feel being in Italy, the only thing that i find most the time the guide does not agree with the
programs showing and unable to record any shows that
why i gave 4 stars.

l'm very happy with all the channels especially the food network, l wish you had more shows on the food network. of course if there is a problem, you guys resolve things fast.

Renewed my subscription but got no code That was almost a week ago. I also bought a new box. Just need that activation code. My mom is old and really needs to watch un posto al sole!! Please help

I’m very happy with the CiborTv box. Arrived on time m, very easy to install, the reception is crystal clear, I recommend it. The only reason I didn’t give a five stars is because two channels that is included on the package does not have signal. I think it’s not fair because if I paid for I should have those channels or I should be credited for not having them. But other than that, I enjoying very much.

OK, where should I start?
I have been trying to speak to someone at cibor but to no avail for some time.
No one answered at the number listed, 877-407-1234, and I did call several times.
I hoped the company would be more attentive to the customers' problems or requests.

I would give a zero stars. I cancelled the service for a few months and then just yesterday I renewed the subscription. Needless to say that after sitting idle the receiver had gone bad. I sent a few emails to let them know and right away they said they checked the receiver and it was fine. Nothing but totally BS. In the same email they offered me a replacement for 30% discount. Why would I need to pay for a new receiver if according to their test, it worked fine? See the irony in their lies? Italian company that still thinks they are operating in Italy. If you want to avoid months of frustration, look for a reputable company. This one will definitely cause you stress. If you don't believe, go ahead and subscribe and find out for yourself. IT DOES NOT WORK WELL. IT HAS A LOT OF ISSUES AND THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS NEXT TO NONE. Yess I wrote in caps to scream how crappy they really are. RUN!!!

Never had any problems, picture quality is as good as regular tv. Large selection of channels from national Italiain tv tv stations (rai 1-5, tv1.la7 tv8,la nove,cielo, realtime, foodnetwork,, and more!!) and also other countries. Also on demand movies and tv shows you can watch. Can also get deals as they offer coupon codes pretty often. Would highly recommend.

Good customer service and never had any issues with my Cibort, great experience.

It was easy to renew. Improved the guide to select programs.

This morning I turned on Cibor TV and I was given a reminder on the screen that tomorrow August 2nd, my subscription will expire. However, a few hours later around 700 pm and still August 1st, I am unable to watch the channel and it is requiring I provide an activation code. I can only assume they suspended my subscription based on Italian time ( 7 hours ahead) even though I am a USA based customer??
