I needed a walk behind tractor and some parts. I researched many online companies in Portugal (where I live) and also Spain, Germany and Italy. This company gave me the cheapest quote even after added shipping from Italy! Daniele was extremely helpful and efficient and she answered e-mails very quickly. She gave me all the advice I needed, as I have no experience with such machinery. Once I placed the order she prepared it promptly. It arrived within the stated timeframe and the delivery driver even called to get GPS coordinates because my address is not on a named road. Fantastic. I will definitely purchase from this company again and absolutely recommend it to everyone.

I was looking for spare parts to a Honda tiller. Local dealer here in Finland said that those are not available any more. Then I found Ciampelli and got those parts. I'm very pleased with the service I've got. Replies to my emails were fast and conversation in English was easy. Highly recommended!

Great organisation. I initially bought a BCS tractor and harrow and then a flail mower plus steel wheelbarrow. Recommended what might be best, but wasn't pushy on the product. The shipping company (to Ireland) let me down, but Ciampelli got everything sorted. I got great service, at a really great price. Would recommend to anyone and will be going back for more!
