I got a email and it said that my order didn’t go through but my bank statement shows different. Besides that I pray the dress get here in time.

This company has false advertising about its return policy. This is what is on the website:

My dress was cheaply made and did not fit around the waist and neck and they refuse to take it back and refund me.

Avoid this company at all costs. I am in the process of trying to return a dress I ordered that simply doesn’t fit me.
After several back and forth emails it is obvious that I have been scammed and will end up eating the money spent.
I should have listened to that little voice when I decided to give them a try.

Nice styles, fabric looks good, app easy to navigate. I’ll be able to tell more when the dresses arrive.

I got lured in by the Facebook and instagram ads. The shiny beautiful dresses caught my attention. I am a size 4, 34.5 C cup, 5’1.5”. One dress was a halter and I could not even close the neck, nor the back of the dress. The dress was for somebody size 2 with no chest and 5’10”. The other satin turquoise dress did not look like the website picture and had a built in bra that looked terrible. I literally broke out in hives after trying it on.

I am returning both dresses. My hope is that I can return them and get full refunds without hassle. I am not pleased at all with the sizes and quality of chyrbaby.com

Simple and straight forward ordering process

This company is a SCAM. I ordered a lace bodice with satin bottoms bridal jumpsuit- website says shipping directly from their Everett warehouse. What I received was a cheap knock made of sheer and glitter ( glitter wasnt even listed in the description or website photos) sent from China. I emailed the company about the quality discrepancy which they said was a personal preference and stand behind their quality , DO NOT ORDER.

I purchased the extra hassle free “seel return” who didn’t even respond to my email concerns.

DO NOT BUY HERE! No decent return policy. Expensive dresses, but bad materials and fit. After a lot of e-mails they told me only to return when there are production flaws. Never experienced such a fraudulous company

Ordered a dress from them and the quality was not what I expected and it did not fit right. I contacted customer service and they said there was nothing they could do about it. What a terrible response to a customer Will never shop here again

Cheap Chinese materials. Stiff and lining bulky instead of being soft and flowy. LOL

Do not order from this company; no return possible!
The dress was beautiful on website; however the material is cheap and the size completely different than in website;
I have sent now 10 Emails with proof that the size was wrong( including requested pictures), still they only offer a rebate or change on my cost! Ridiculous cheating!
Do not trust the ratings on their own website

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!! They sent the incorrect item, quality was terrible. The gave instructions for return and accepted the returned item but have refused to refund the money. There is no customer support. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Thanks for your response below chrybaby but it's too late. You made absolutely no effort to process my refund of the returned item that you received 5 weeks ago, until I wrote a public review. Instead every time I followed up with you regarding this transaction you responded with different excuses. Your response here is not a true reflection of your customer service.

Disappointing experience – avoid if you value fair returns
I ordered three dresses, all in size S (36 FR). Every single item was far too big. Instead of acknowledging a sizing issue, customer service insisted it was my “personal preference.”
Despite unused items and a legitimate return request, a full refund was refused. I was pushed into either paying return shipping for an exchange I didn’t want, or accepting a 15% refund only. After many emails and wasted time, I accepted the partial refund just to be done with it.
This felt like a strategy to discourage returns, not genuine customer care.

❌ Unfair return policy
❌ Time-consuming and frustrating support
I will not order again and do not recommend this brand.

Very irresponsible customer service, they take your money and don't send you the product. I bought a dress ,because the website said you can return it if the size is not right, after 1 month I received it but the dress was small, they said they won't refund your money and order a dress in your size and they told me it will cost $20 to send you a new in the right size. I paid this amount and after 3 months I still haven't received the dress and they won't refund the money even though I paid more money twice, they won't send the shirt. Don't get involved with a Chinese website.

Do not order from this site! They WILL not honor a return but only give you 10% on your next order. I am now stuck with 2 dresses - over $400

I do not feel that I should have had to ORDER another dress to be made whole on my first order. I actually did not mind paying the shipping EXCEPT you did not have another dress that I actually wanted. I ordered something that I "sort of liked" not something I really wanted. Response time has been terrible.

It was easy to order, loved the first time buyer discount. I'm looking forward to trying this on and seeing how it fits!

This company does false advertising. Their merchandise quality is not as shown on their website. Their workmanship is not good and sizing is not as advertised. It's difficult to contact them regarding any returns and complaints. They should not be allowed to sell to the U.S. Consumer.
