Avoid if you value your own money
What had initially began as a good relationship with Churchill & Mathesons quickly soured. The flat was handed to me in poor condition, fairly dirty with foul smells coming from the fridge. I went a full year with broken windows in a flat I was renting, which was unaddressed in my time there. I also flagged a series of issues with the flat during my time there, generally related to condition, all of which were ignored.
On exiting the rental, I ensured I left the flat in a better condition than I had received it. It has been over a month since leaving the flat and I had heard nothing back from them regarding my deposit that I had enquired about countless times. I only got a response when I informed them I'd be involving the TDS, even then they did not seek to remedy the issue and simply told me they had been looking into it and made excuses as to why they hadn't replied for weeks. Even after this, they were more concerned about me having left a poor Google review rather than the issue at hand.
