Thank you for finally resolving this matter after three years and six months. It is reassuring to know that my No Claims Discount was ultimately not affected. However, despite providing dashcam footage, the claim still took an excessive amount of time to settle.
During this period, I did not benefit in any way. Instead, I lost both time and money. My annual insurance premium increased from £650 to £920, and I had to declare this incident as unsettled for the past three years. Meanwhile, your organisation was able to recover all associated costs.
It is disappointing that the prolonged investigation and legal process resulted in a negative outcome for the customer, while the insurer benefited. After such a long wait, I had hoped for a fairer and more balanced resolution.

EDIT: CHURCHILL have "responded". No attempt to offer any detailed explanation or to open a discussion. Just a blanket dismissive blunt statement. Guess what, CHURCHILL! You've lost my business for this policy and my existing Porsche Boxster. Like I originally said - APPALLING!!!
Appalling experience via their call centre. Set up a car insurance policy. When docs received. It had been given the wrong start date. Call centre refused to alter the start date. Made us cancel the policy and set up a new policy, only telling us right at the end of the process that the premium had increased by around 20%! We commenced a complaint which they failed to resolve and could offer no specific reason for the massive increase over the quote issued two days earlier.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

My renewal was seamless. I was advised of the new premium which I accepted, on the renewal date this was taken from my bank account and a few days lates all the necessary paperwork came through the post - seamless. Churchill keep doing what you are doing, thanks

I have been sending emails to Churchill car Insurance, re an accident which occurred on Sunday 26th of April 26.
I sent them a report about the Incident on the 26th of April, the day that it happened. They don't seem to have received it. I phoned them a few day's later explaining the circumstances, and also told them about my email.
They have responded once to me, so I've sent a further two emails over the past 2 day's. All I am getting back is a message to say that their post box is full, so try again later. Which I have done, but with the same response. I have sent these emails, because it would be in Churchills own interest in reference to the other person's claim.
I'm 82years old, never made a claim in 50 + year's, or had a claim made against me. For Customer care, and for how much they charge, this is the worst Motor Insurance Company that I've ever used.
