These brownies were sent as a present. The family were delighted and said they were almost the BEST brownies they had ever tasted. They loved the selection! Thanks very much, i'll certainly be ordering again and so will they!

I ordered brownies for a birthday present and needed to change the date of delivery. I did this very last minute and to be honest didn’t expect I could change it. Only to my delight they changed the date of delivery and replied to me within an hour of my initial request.
I am so please to get such amazing customer service that I am now going to order more for another event.

After reading all the rave reviews I placed an order for cookies for my son's 20th birthday and, unfortunately, have been left very disappointed. On opening the outer box, I was really pleased with the packaging, sturdy but classy looking. Unfortunately things went downhill from there! Perhaps I've just been unlucky but the order of two Triple Chocolate Cookies both have a big lump on - as if someone had put a ball of cookie dough on top of them (they look like an English Cottage Loaf). These have then been put in the middle of the other cookies mishaping all of them and completely smooshing two. My son isn't bothered, they're cookies and he'll eat them whatever. Me, I'm not best pleased as these were in place of a birthday cake this year. Perhaps it would be worth mentioning to the people who pack the boxes to pay a little more attention/give a little more thought to what they're actually doing. If the 'chunky' choc ones had been put each end facing out, I don't think there would have been a problem. Shame as I was excited to gift these and, for my part of the experience, it fell really flat.

I ordered a box of 12 brownies and completely messed up the delivery address so it was coming to me. Naomi at Chummy's came back really quickly and was able to organise change and time of delivery and it all worked really well. I have received brownies from Chummys before and they are FAB.

I recently placed an order with Chummy’s Bakery and I honestly cannot recommend them enough! From start to finish, the service was flawless – professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. The baked goods arrived beautifully packaged and exceeded all expectations in both quality and taste.

Every item was fresh, full of flavour, and clearly made with care and passion. You can really tell they take pride in what they do. It’s rare to find such a gem these days, and I will definitely be ordering from them again. If you’re thinking about trying them – don’t hesitate. You won’t be disappointed!

I ordered 12 brownies for my son to celebrate the end of his exams. Chummys Bakery's website states that they will deliver the next day if you order before 12 noon. I was not given the opportunity to choose a date and there was no delivery date on my confirmation email. The brownies took 4 days to reach my son. Paying £37.53 for 12 brownies which were far from fresh has left me feeling cheated, and their customer service are refusing to give me any refund, even on the postage.

I placed an order on Thursday 7th March 2025 for a Mixed Box Postal Brownies with next-day delivery. Despite being told delivery would arrive by Saturday 9th March, it never came.

An “attempted delivery” was allegedly made on Sunday 11th March, but the recipient was home in the front garden all day and no attempt was seen. Since then:

I emailed the company on 13th March – no reply.

I followed up again (second attempt) – still no reply.

No redelivery. No refund. No communication.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, I am entitled to a full refund for undelivered goods – and yet, nearly 3 months later, I have received nothing.

After being completely ignored, I am requesting once again:

A full refund of £23.98 and written confirmation and expected refund date.

Extremely overpriced. Very disappointing they don’t taste nice at all, very dry. It’s also really annoying the box doesn’t fit through the letter box!

Daughter wanted to give her dad brownies for Father’s Day. Chose Saturday 14th for delivery so they’d be fresh. They haven’t arrived. DPD local state they are on their way to a depot. This means they won’t arrive until Monday and I’ll have paid £25 for dry, 5-day old brownies.

Products great but delivery unreliable especially as it was for a birthday.

Have ordered quite a few times - always great service and the Brownies are the best .

Please check that they can deliver on the day, as they say in their website, as sadly as my order was three days late.

Having ordered from Chummys before I can only suppose they have become complacent and lazy. Their brownies are very expensive and, whilst, they may taste good, their display is careless. When you pay a lot of money for 12 brownies - nearly £44!! - you would expect presentation to be of the highest standard. I will not be ordering from them again. Overpriced for what you get.

It was easy to order but I made a mistake so it wasn’t going to go where I wanted, but they sorted it out for me. Chummys Afternoon tea was perfect as always. My son enjoyed the fabulous scones. The brownies were saved for next day so the treat went on. Thank you all at Chummys for your fabulous baking.

It says on the website next day delivery, it was not delivered on the next day, so it was late for the bday

We all really enjoyed the mixed brownie box that I ordered for my husbands birthday. They tasted so fresh and just melted in the mouth. The packaging was also beautiful! I had some questions regarding allergies, storage etc and each time the team responded back to me really quickly. The kids have already asked me when I am making the next order, which will be quite soon!

I use this superb company over and over again. The products are truely delicious and a great gift to send direct to family and friends who I can’t always be with on their special days.
